Mooi ingericht huisje Gezellig stadje, eigenlijk mooier en gezelliger dan het drukke Barnard Castle zelf! Vlak naast pizzeria en twee tea rooms. Supermarktje vlakbij. Terrasje met meubels voor en achter Mooi gedecoreerd, heel fijne badkamer Heel goed uitgeruste keuken met veel servies en materiaal Mooi en aangenaam beddengoed en handdoeken Het was lekker koel, ondanks de hitte buiten!

Matras dubbele bed heeft zijn beste tijd gehad...

Lovely clean cottage with everything you need. Plenty of towels and hot water. So quiet and cool inside the house because of the thick stone walls. Nice touch with a little carton of fresh milk and some biscuits when we arrived.

I did book this thinking it was in Barnard Castle where as it's actually Middleton-in-Teesdale. However it worked out well as there was an event on in Barnard Castle, some roads were closed and there were lots of travellers racing horse and traps up and down the main street, so we were glad not to be there.

Not a bed and breakfast but very good cafe nearby for breakfast.

Great cottage, clean and comfy. Bottle of prosecco and bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival. Tea, coffee and sugar also provided. Central location. Fantastic time. Highly recommended.
