The Apartment is very clean and perfect location for where I was going to work.

The host was warming and easy to contact and chat to. The apartment was beta than I thought everything I needed for my holiday towels provided tea coffee milk and suger was already there there was even fresh orange juice in the fridge which was a good treat. It's a place that some one could actually live. Very happy indeed.

The flat was so close to town and came with a free parking spot on site which was very nice. It came with so many ammenities which many properties dont usually do that really made me feel at home

The apartment is close to the town centre so you can hear traffic noise (emergency vehicle sirens) but guess you should expect in the town centre. The apartment block itself was very quiet. I only saw one person during my whole stay. Great location to explore the surrounding area. The apartment is on the third floor, but thankfully there is a lift. The apartment is well equipped. I was self catering, so this was really helpful. Great to have the Smart TV & good WiFi. Would recommend and would stay again.

On the whole the flat was clean but I did find someone else's hair under one of the pillows.

Matt was very thoughtful, everything we needed was there. Appreciated the undercover parking and security of the block.

It was very noisy, even with all the windows shut there was a lot of traffic noise all night.

found numerous hairs in the bed leaving me to believe the sheets might not have been changed, also many hairs on the radiator in the bathroom. also shower gel and shampoo would have been nice as I left my shower gel and had to go to the shop..

Location was good, close walk to restaurants and bars

Not comfy and welcome. Clinic vibe to the property. Sofa in lounge uncomfortable and small for a 2 bedroom property. Mattresses were smaller than bed frames.

10 minutes away from croft circuit after busy weekend racing. Very clean accommodating and very comfortable. Will book for next year. Hosts were fantastic and easily accessible

There wasn't anything

It was a great size, the beds were comfy, it was clean and tidy and the owner was really friendly and helpful! We had milk and juice in the fridge on arrival which was a great touch!

The only downside was that we didn’t realise that the hot water was limited and would run out, it was only an issue because we didn’t know otherwise we would have used it a little smarter! The owner was fab when we contacted him and let us know how we could get a boost to put us on.

Great location

Our host was always reachable by phone. The apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the shops in Darlington. Lots of stuff left for us, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, orange juice, salt, pepper. All the cleaning products you could ever want, loads of toilet rolls, kitchen towel. 2 double bedrooms, both very comfy, huge bathroom with shower over the bath. Plenty of hot water, and lots of easily understood instructions. We found keys in a lock box secured outside, Matt stayed on the phone till we safely retrieved the keys and let ourselves into flat. Very warm aprtment, without putting on the heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. Flat on 3rd floor, lift in lobby.

The parking under the block was incredibly tight if you had a big car, had to go to and fro a bit in my little hatchback, however, grateful to have parking so near to the centre of Darlington.

Good location for visiting a different area when covid prohibits other travel. Property had all the facilities we needed at the right price. Matt was very helpful when we had been let down at the last minute by another venue. Also when there was a problem with hot water he dealt with it straight away. We also appreciated the on site covered parking. Very useful in wet weather.

The only downside was traffic noise from the street outside and people talking into the early hours. Closing the windows eliminated the problem but that wasn’t possible when the weather was too hot.

Only issue was car parking space was very tight - ended up parking on the street which wasn’t ideal.
