In general I like this place with large and comfortable accommodation. All things I need were there. Clean and fresh, light is bright. It's near the bus stop and tube.
The key is not in the same building. There should be introduction to market/shop nearby. Even google/apps works for that, sometimes guests still need to see maps directly.

The location is good as the place is in a safe and new area and there are many shops around the apartment building. The apartment is decorated and has the necessary items needed for a short stay.
The check in details are only made available once we registered in a link and asked for a deposit of £200 on the spot and it’s not a cleaning fee. The key pick up and key drop point is far from the property itself that it’s in a different part of the town. It is almost an hour’s walk or a 10-15 min drive by Uber from the apartment building to the shop where you get and drop off the apartment key. This costed me up to £10 PER TRIP so for a few trips back and forth, so be ready to take a long walk or spend up to £50 for the key trips if you don’t have a car with you. From experience, keys are usually located near the property itself or at least a quick walk or in a secure key-box within the building but the owner obviously does not consider the time and cost of getting the keys. The apartment could be made cleaner as we could feel and see dust on the floor and room carpets. There was a key for the master room window but it didn’t open so the room was stuffy. The cutleries didn’t look very clean so we washed them before use. The flush in master room toilet doesn’t work normally, you’d have to push both flush buttons hard a few times to get it to work. And although we didn’t expect much in terms of toiletries in the toilets, there was a bare minimum of cheap shower gel and hand wash. The TV was not connected to the home wifi and it never connected even when we fixed the modem cables. The internet was not available at first as the modem cables were attached wrongly and so we fixed it. The sofas look dirty and had lots of stains. Maybe we were used to the hospitality of the accommodations we stayed at before this where the hosts made sure beforehand that everything is welcoming, clean and convenient with items working well, but the overall feeling of this place was like we were granted a favour to stay there for free by a reluctant host.

It doesn't look like the pictures
Firstly, you cannot collect the keys from the property, you have to collect them from the most roughest and dodgies corner shop 20 minutes drive away. The shop is not conveniently accessible by the tube. Trust me!
Secondly, there is no parking onsite unless you want to pay £48 a day! And there is no convenient parking around you either.
When I tried to phone the hosts/those managing the booking, they did not understand a word I said (I am British), and we couldn't solve anything between us!
And finally, they make you clean the whole house! I mean you cannot leave a cup out of place, even take out their trash, otherwise you get fined the £200 they make you pay before collecting your keys as a deposit!! They do not tell you this until you request to collect the keys
It's took me 14 working days to get my deposit back!! Do yourself a favour, do not stay here

The property was advertised as a different address than the actual property as located. Whilst it was close this caused a major problem in locating the place. Really poor.
Collection of the key was 3 miles away at a newspaper outlet. Collection was advertised as someone meeting there. Travelled late at night with phoning ahead only to find a stressful cat and mouse chase for the key late night Sunday

On the ad it indicated the key holder would meet us at the the property however,we had to pick up and drop off the keys from a shop which was almost 3 miles away,with all our luggage and our children,had this have been on the original ad,we probably wouldn’t have booked it

could’ve done with some salt + pepper instead of going out to buy fairly expensive condiments😂 wifi didn’t work for the TV and disconnected from our phones when on the balcony, but that didn’t bother us since we had 4G. nothing major at all, just to make the owners aware for the next guests :)

1. Location was great although we wished we could have been closer to the city. The Collindale tube station was about a 10 min walk.
2. The property was in a new development. It was a good sized apartment which made it comfortable to receive guests.
3. The area was safe to walk around at night.
4. If you have young kids, there is a small park right across from the apartment, just watch out for dog poop.
5. There were a couple good restaurants in the complex as well as a small tesco store. More restaurants opening up soon according to the sign postings.
6. Overall cost was reasonable.
Problem 1:
When your researching an airbnb or booking accommodation an approximate area/ neighborhood is given. Once you complete the booking then the actual property address is given so that you can further plan your trip details.
Jenny’s place gave someone else’s actual address as the property address. On the day of check in, the real address of the apartment was sent. They also requested a security deposit. Mind you, the entire booking was already paid for.
After we received the first “property address” we coordinated everything around that location from family visits, to grocery and online delivery. This was the address I had given my elderly father who was flying separately and coming on his own to meet us. He knocked on the door, and the lady told him that this was her home and not an airbnb. His phone was not working and thus did not receive the actual address I received that morning. She said strangely enough she had received several guests looking for this accommodation last week. How horrible and potentially dangerous for this women to answer the door to random people stating that her house was their booking?! Extremely fraudulent, disrespectful, and inconsiderate! Even more infuriating was the response I got when I spoke to the property rep. “Sorry for the inconvenience. The address on the listing was approximate, but near at the property. Again we are very sorry of the inconvenience it caused you”.
Was this for real? The address that was used someone’s ACTUAL HOME. That is not an “approximate address”!
That is unbelievably ridiculous. I was flabbergasted!
Problem 2:
Overall the place was just DIRTY. The floors were sticky, there were crumbs and hair on the carpet, corners and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned properly. This dishes were not washed properly. The tea kettle had white slime at the spout and all over the bottom of the pot. So there was white stuff floating in the water. How disgusting!

Modern apartment, well equipped, quiet neighbourhood.
Collecting the keys on check-in and dropping them on check-out in a shop a few miles away from the property is not so convenient. I had to pay my cab extra for the detour both times.

Very clean and quiet.
The collection of the key wasn't easy, fortunately we had a vehicle to drive to collect keys but parking was not easy. For those on foot it would be very inconvenient. Also more cutlery is required, there was only 3 forks for 5 guests.

The location was pretty convenient to where I intent to work, and it had access to basic necessities including Groceries.
The radiator was not in the rooms, and I had one cold night but the next day the mechanic video called me ad guided me throughout. He was really polite too.

It was really clean, lovely location, functional facilities and very comfortable. I enjoyed the stay.
I had to travel to another location to drop off the key after check out, it was quite inconveniencing. It'll be nice if they arrange for a safety box for resident keys to be picked up and dropped off at the property

The convenience of the location was spot on. A very short walk to the local tube station, which takes you directly into Central London within 20-30 mins. There is a Tesco Express just around the corner from the front of the building. The communal garden area is beautifully kept.
There was literally nothing I didn't like.

Nice and clean, well maintained facilities, cozy for family.

- The flat is very nice, clean and comfortable.
- The communication with the owner Jenny was very smooth.
- Tesco available within 2 minutes walk from the property.
- The keys need to be collected from a shop 8-10 drive away. If you don't have a car this could be a big issue.
- No free parking in the area.
- No hooks available to hang coats and bags when you enter the property. Also no hooks behind bedroom doors or in the bathrooms.

Modern ,confortable apartament with two bathrooms the location is great near shops ,bar and supermarket ,35 minutes away from central London.
Handing over the key was complicated you have to take a taxi or a bus and give it to a shop that is 25 minutes away from the apartament in a very busy street ,it would be convenient to leave it in a place near the apartament.
