loved everything from the wonderful view over the water to the perfectly laid out accommodation, everything is though of and catered for. This was our second trip, our time for complete R&R away from the busy world. Just perfect. thank you.

A gem of a house, modern, spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there, and in such good condition you feel like no one else has stayed there before. We spent ages sitting by the fire just staring at the sea. A beautiful view to also enjoy from your bed. A pine marten visited each night. What a treat! Thank you Julian for the welcome gifts and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This beautiful dwelling was amazing. With its floor to ceiling windows giving incredible views over the mountains,sea and summer islands. With its well-equipped open kitchen , great shower , comfy bed with views and cozy living area with logburning fire we had an amazing week.Hosts super helpful and friendly .

The cottage was fantastic with everything you could want. Great location for exploring further a field, but with those unforgettable views you may want to just sit in the cottage and stare out of the huge windows!

Accommodation was 1st class. Spotless clean. Best of everything ie crockery,cutlery, towels and beddin. Everything you needed was in the home.
Views are amazing. Owner Julian such a lovely man and only a fone call away.

From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the place and within a day we'd rebooked - that says alot as I have high standards! The decor was soothing, echoing the landscape outside and the daily kaleidoscope of views stunning. Thoughtfully laid out, extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Didn't want to leave!

We had a lovely stay. The house is exceptional in its position providing a spectacular view of the Loch and the islands. The ever changing weather provided a revolving character to the view from all of the rooms. The house is warm and very well furnished the bed is comfortable. Julian was extremely efficient and friendly in any exchange we had with him. A great stay. Highly recommended.

7 nights stay for a short break. we were looking for a good standard of accommodation to have a short break in the UK. The accommodation was excellent, the views spectacular and the whole design of the house was perfect for a short stay.

A perfect holiday in the most thoughtfully designed home with all you ask for to relax in peace and comfort but close to everything you could need in Ullapool and of course stunning scenery beautiful places to visit.

A stunning place! Julian has thought of everything and made Tigh Na Mara welcoming and relaxing. The views are second to none and we enjoyed soaking up the sun with the doors open. Our dog especially enjoyed the whole outdoors indoors aspect, lying on the rug and enjoying being outdoors.
A bonus was that we saw a seal swimming about directly in front the holiday let. Icing on the cake!
Ullapool was also one of the best seaside towns we have been to. Lots of interesting shops and eateries.

Our stay from the very start was just wow, the approach, the view, the exterior building & design, the lighting outside, the ease of entry, the interior, the furnishings etc etc, the log fire -bliss. Everything has been so carefully thought of. There was nothing we could have improved on. We had perfect peace and quiet with such stunning views & only wildlife for company, otters etc. There is a perfectly programmed TV with plenty channels to catch up with favourite viewing. A home from home.

The cottage is luxurious and the view is to die for. Waking up and looking across the bay with a cuppa was the best way to start the day. As well as watching the sun set with something stronger 😀.

The property is fantastic – simple, stylish, functional – everything just works, and is a joy to use.
The location is stunning. We enjoyed the cycling, the walking, the views, the food. No matter that it wasn’t wall-to-wall sunshine (you can go to Spain for that), Ardmair offers constantly changing, yet permanently beautiful and fascinating vistas.

It is such a tranquil setting, and to sit with the wood burning stove on, and watch the wildlife and the sea is wonderful. We even saw the Northern Lights

This is without doubt the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. The views over the bay are a treat no matter what the weather is doing. The property is well equipped and very clean. We ate in most nights because it was a pleasure to cook and then enjoy that amazing view as we ate. We'd love to come back.

This property has everything required- and more- for a perfect self catering stay. The views from the ceiling to floor windows are fantastic. Seating and bed are very comfortable and shower is super.

We lost count of how many times we used the words stunning, beautiful, amazing,fantastic, wonderful,perfect during our stay. It was amazing sitting watching seals and otters in the bay and watching stunning sunsets. The location is superb and attention to detail of the interior is second to none. We had an excellent stay in Tigh Na Mara. The property was first class with wonderful views. Lots of wildlife spotted from the windows. Especially loved the pine marten who visited every night. A wonderful relaxing break.
