Perfect! Enjoyed the paddle boards! Loved the smaller building compared to large hotels! Nice & private!

A group of 6 (3 couples) stayed at this gorgeous home for some R&R Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect for us. It looked just like the pictures. The only thing lacking was extra towels, 1 towels and 1 face cloth for 5 days when we were taking 2 and 3 showers a day was not not sufficient. But the towel shortage pales in comparison to the modern home design, it's cleanliness and spaciousness. I would definitely recommend Caroline's place.

Our stay at the TheBLU at The Grandview was heavenly! We were celebrating several milestones in our family of four and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our end of summer vacation. The property is located on the beautiful Grace Bay beach and we enjoyed stunning sunsets and calming ocean views from our spacious and well appointed penthouse balcony. The unit was immaculate, spacious, and luxurious! There was plenty room for our family of four adults to enjoy each other's company and to have a quiet moment alone if we so chose. Everything you need is there from kitchen equipment, to bath and bed linens, washer and dryer, books, games, kayaks, bikes, and more. The finishes inside the unit are very high end and the decor is breathtaking. The beach, several restaurants and many shops are within walking distance from this gated property. Communicating with Caroline was easy. We had an issue with a flat tire on one bike and she was quick to respond. We couldn't have had a better vacation celebration at this property and cannot wait to return.

First. The host was MOST amazing. Prompt responses, courteous, helpful in every aspect & I had a lot of questions. The property has everything you need. With instructions, the entire process was simple. There is access to the beach, pool, hot tub & water toys/floats as you wish. There is access to walkable restaurants with & without reservations, all fairly causal attire - beachfront bars was a bonus. A/C great. Wi-Fi great. Cable TV great. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Honestly, this was the best vacation I’ve had, a perfect spot with impeccable accommodations. Every aspect is a 10++ I would recommend having a contact person to deliver groceries to the property for convenience. Grace Bay is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. With this property, you will have a wonderful vacation with lasting memories. (Bring snorkeling gear to snorkel along GB) Thank you!!

The property was amazing in every way. Very clean and spacious. The beach was never crowded, with ample chairs and umbrellas without having to stress about getting a spot. Caroline and Adeline were attentive to every need along the way, from booking to the day we checked out. We will definitely make a trip back!

This condo was incredible in every way. It was perfect for three couples, with private spaces for each. The views were like no other. It really looks photoshopped, but it's 100% real. We spent every moment on the very comfortable deck enjoying the incredible views. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for three couples to maneuver well and be able to cook breakfast and enjoy snacks. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We walked everywhere easily. The pool and access to the beach were perfect and so easy. Having the lounge chairs was such a plus. The owner made everything super easy and was available for any details. I am a very discerning renter, and I would highly recommend this condo to everyone.

Just got back from an absolutely wonderful week at The Blu! This home looks even better than the pictures–was immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen, and, most importantly for us, an unobstructed, perfect view of the pristine aqua blue ocean! Caroline was so easy to work with and more than accommodating when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property and I'm sure we'll be back!

Great property. Great communication with owner. If you plan on cooking, there are no staples such as salt & pepper or oil, but Graceway gourmet is a short bike ride away. Highly recommend

Perfect trip!

We just returned home from this beautiful place. There were eight in our party ranging from 9-70. We all had a fabulous time!! The condo is immaculate. Very clean and well maintained. The artwork too is so fun! Although we ate out most meals, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The overall property is beautiful, certainly can’t beat the views from the patio!!!

This was the most beautiful condo to stay at. The view was spectacular and it was right on the beach. Caroline was very attentive to our requests that we needed throughout or 10 day stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Caroline was helpful from the get go when we needed to change our dates and was always quick to respond to any questions. The condo itself is amazing and immaculate and of course the views can’t be beat. Always chairs on the beach available, water toys in the garage and bicycles to take a short ride to restaurants or shops. Can’t beat this location or condo for your relaxing vacation getaway!

Our family had a lovely stay at Caroline’s unit on the beach. We have been to Turks & Caicos several times and know the Island well. This unit is ideally located with easy access everywhere. Caroline was absolutely fantastic answering questions and the unit is immaculate, well managed. The views and beach access are perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked. Wi-Fi and cable TV were better than expected.

Beautiful week. Will definitely be returning to this condo. We have been to Grace Bay 10 times and now that our kids are in their 20’s a condo/ house is our choice for vacation. Caroline was easy to contact from day one and her condo is immaculate. A lot of space. Beds very comfortable. Her check in letter that she sends 3 days before departure is very helpful. Steps from beach and bikes to use for grocery store runs. Our daughter got engaged right on the beach! Thank you Caroline!!

The experience of renting the property was such an easy process. The host Carolina answered all my questions in a timely manner and informed me on all the sex I needed to know about coming to Turks!

This property was perfect for our family. From the moment we walked in we were WOW'd by the views, the interior design, the cleanliness, and the convenience of being steps from the beach. All the amenities made the difference in a relaxing week in Turks. The beds were SO comfortable, they had bicycles, Kayaks, and a paddle board (that we took full advantage of). Not only is the property steps from the beach, but there is a really nice pool and hot tub on property as well. Caroline was exceptionally responsive, kind, and helpful with all my questions prior to our stay. Don't miss out on this property!!!

We had a great time at this beautiful property and the location can’t be beat. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and 2 college graduations. This Condo was just perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of room inside and a nice big deck that has some of the best views in the world. I have 3 children 16,21,24 and they each brought a friend. They had a blast and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out or close enough to walk to many of the wonderful restaurants or shopping areas if they wanted. My wife really enjoyed the paddle boards that were located in the garage. It was really nice to be able to just get them out and go for a paddle and easy to put back up on the racks in the garage. We had been to Beaches at TCI several times before when the kids were younger and this location was just perfect now that they are older and can go on their own. They loved the bikes for a quick ride for breakfast or to just go into all of the shopping centers. The owners were very accommodating and let us put our luggage in the garage while the cleaning crew was busy cleaning since they had a guest check out the same day. It was ready by 4 and looked perfect. The kitchen had everything you would expect and many items that we just considered extras. The WiFi is great. I had 6 kids there using there phones as I was on my laptop and it was fast and reliable. We also really enjoyed going to the bar and grille next door that is literally only 30 yards away. Amazing drinks and wonderful food that everyone really enjoyed. We went there many times in the evening since it is so close. You will not be disappointed with this property no matter how high end your taste is. Everything about this property is just amazing and I would find it hard to believe that anyone would be disappointed with this Condo. The inside, Deck, views and location just can’t be beat. Amazing!!!

Everything about this property was amazing! The house was well stocked and beautiful. We loved being on the quieter side of the beach and having everything close to us still! We can’t wait to return!!
