A wonderful experience at a clean and nice cabin! A well-maintained cabin cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The internet did not work first but Robert was very helpful and I figured it out. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Highly recommend this house. Owner very accessible and helpful. Read where someone complained about noise. We never heard anything. Very peaceful and in a good location. Wife and I have alreadyy talked abour coming back here in the future. Had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for letting is stay.

Based on the description I had seen up to that point, I was surprised to find a double wide trailer and not a cabin, though it was indeed a nice double wide. TVs didn’t work, as the internet was not working, and there was NO hot water. Other than this, property was as described. Great location!

An nice little house. Its not actually "in the mountains" but is close to them. We hiked up Rabin Bald.
There is plenty of room for four people excerpt that the dinning table only has room for two. Several nice rocking chairs in the main room and on the front porch. I never could figure out how to work the TV.

Perfect getaway except for lack of hot water fora person that loves hot baths this was very disappointing otherwise loved it in the woods trees were pretty this time of year! Very cozy

Great place for the weekend. Enjoyed the weather and the firpit. Place was clean and neat. One thing would to add a foldable bistro table and chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. But all in all enjoyed it.

Loved Billy Bear!
Great experience! Billy Bear is very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a long weekend away! We love the relaxing atmosphere of Dillard and Billy Bear Cabin was the perfect place to stay.

Accomodations were awesome! There were even a few firewood sticks, so we spent most of our time outside, cooked on the grill, sat on the porch. Nice, peaceful, close to main road and grocery store, yet very private. Wish we could have stayed longer. We only contacted owner once to see how to add an occupant. Nice fellow. Thanks

Restful
Thank you for letting Libby come to the cabin... Recovering from back surgery has been harder than I expected and really needed a change of scenery.... We always bring our vaccum and clean up because of Libby... Just suggest that cleaners empty your vaccum more often... We were going to use both to clean floors but cabin vac was so clogged James had to take apart and pull loads of STUFF out ... But other than that was a really great rest....

Great little place for a girls weekend
We had a great time. The house was clean & full of everything we needed. The local Piggly Wiggly is just minutes away. We booked this trip for a girls weekend. It is in perfect proximity to the waterfall trail.

The cabin was spotless clean. The kitchen is small but had all the basics, even for a holiday meal! The owners were very responsive to my questions and bent over backwards to be accommodating to us. They were wonderful to work with, and I would happily stay in their cabin again. We enjoyed the extensive dvd collection, and had fun rewatching some oldies but goodies. My dog loved the yard and we appreciated the supplies for our four-legged furry family member…. dog bed, bowls, and brush. Overall, a great no-fuss cabin that helps you unplug from the world.

Perfect stay for the weekend
I had a overall very good experience . Came down for a mountain running race that started in Sky Valley(which was a quick drive from the property)Had a 2 night stay. The cabin was described perfectly by the owner, super easy to find and get to. No surprises, very clean, and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy check- in, easy access to main road to Dillard or Clayton Georgia, good restaurants with good service nearby also. Minutes from Black Rock Mountain State park. You can tell the owner(s) take pride in their property. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in/out. Very quaint, quiet, close proximity to town. No dishwasher, low water pressure in the shower. There were 2 large dogs running around the property a couple times throughout our stay from neighboring homes; we had our dogs so that was a little annoying but they didn't linger so that was a plus. Would stay again.

I I didn't like the fact that their was no cable, satellite, for the TV. That needs to be added not just dvds or cds.

Quiet Mountain Getaway
The property was just as listed. It was cute and cozy and perfect for a quiet family getaway. The host has thought of every possible thing you could need. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in! The location is perfect for exploring the North Georgia mountains. The host was very helpful and responded to questions immediately. We even ran in to him while shopping in town!! We definitely will book again if we visit north Georgia.
