This property’s location is amazing!!! Literally 3 minutes to the beach that was not crowded at all and so so nice. Seacrest is in between Panama City and Destin. We checked out both cities and if you like crowds be my guest and stay there. I loved being in between them .The house set up was also amazing. Everything worked great. The elevator came in very handy upon arrival and when leaving. Didn’t have to carry luggage up and down three flights of stairs.I would definitely stay there again!!!

The house was gorgeous. Plenty of room for our group of 9 plus 1 dog. The carriage house was perfect for the dog. The boys loved the bunkbeds in the hall. The master bedrooms were huge. The pool was great. Good size for us. Only drawback was we asked to get it heated. It was 97. A little too warm. They came out several times to reprogram it. Communication and response time was great. The bikes were awesome. We used them daily. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having 2 fridges and dishwashers. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk, but there are stairs to get down to the beach. Wasn’t a problem for our group but could be for anyone who has mobility issues. I highly recommend this home.

Great location! The property is as advertised and perfect for a larger family.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for a large group. It's very nice and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The pool area was great for the kids. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and living area. The location was less than a block from the beach. And the bikes were great. Having two refrigerators was awesome. We were disappointed that one of the dishwashers was broken the entire week we were there. With a large group, 2 dishwashers was needed. We noticed ants in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The cushions on the dining room chairs were stained along with the living room rug. This is not something you would expect in a house this expensive. The kids slept in the bunkbed room, which they loved, but this room does not have its own bathroom, so the kids had to share with the adults. We were told someone would be by to check air filters the first full day we were in the house. This could have been done while the house was being cleaned; not after we checked in. The front door was not easy to open so we decided to keep that door locked and only entered through the back door. Overall we had a great week and this house worked for us, but I'm not sure we'd stay in this particular house again.
