Communication was easy and received quick responses to inquiries from the rental managers. Condo and building were very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and also well taken care of. We enjoyed the views from the balcony, especially the sunrise each morning. Beach access was convenient. Lots of great restaurants, entertainment, and the broad walk near by. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back soon!

Great place to stay. I would definity say again

We were very happy with this condo. It is exactly as pictured and very nice. It was clean, spacious and communication with property manager was great with very clear check in instructions and quick responses to all questions. We loved the view of the ocean from the unit and being in an oceanfront building. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean which was very special. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch every day. We ate out every night for dinner. Our favorite dinners were at Matteo’s (5 mins away - family style Italian), Taverna Opa (7 mins away - Greek on the water), and Tiki Tiki (10 mins away - seafood on the water). Publix is 5 mins away and we stocked up on groceries on our arrival day. Laundry is super easy. There is a laundry room on every floor (2 washers and 2 dryers) and you can easily pay by an app (which gives you free $5 to start so your first wash & dry is free). We did have to buy our own laundry detergent as a FYI. My husband and I teleworked a few of the days from the condo and WiFi worked great. AC also worked great. Also liked having a smart TV so we could log into our Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts and watch movies or TV shows. The actual beach was really nice and clean, and really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels provided. Overall, the condo worked great for us and we would definitely recommend to others without hesitation!

From the minute you get there the stress goes away. They helped us with our luggage and the valet parked our car, check in was simple and easy. The apartment was beautiful, the view was awesome from the balcony. Definitely giving this place a five star! Also, communication with the host was point on! Will definitely book there again!

This apartment is stylish with an amazing view, the location is perfect literally a few feet from the beach. It’s a really nice place, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless communication with the host, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was as described and perfect for me and my granddaughter. The condo owners followed up on our needs and were quick to respond to any issues. Not that we had any ... the condo was well equipped with extras for an enjoyable day at the beach or pool. I would definitely come back and stay at same property.

The photo is a little deceiving as it shows the view to your left from your balcony, but straight across from the balcony is a parking garage. And to the right is a nice view of the bridge that leads to the building. Furniture in all rooms were comfortable. Plenty of extras in the building. Fitness center, game room, laundry room on each floor. Easy access to the pool & beach. Great communication with owner. He was super. Just 2 miles to the boardwalk. Went a few times. Magaritiville, shopping, Wings & a place called Ocean Alley for food & drink. Sat niggt they has live entertainment. The singer was very good. There are places that have 4 passenger bikes to rent for $45 an hr. Downtown is a Merican restaurant. Orale. Excellent! And on Thurs night they have a wonderful Mariachi band. So fun!2 silly things we liked in our room...the bath mat & the laundry basket. Simple items but so nice. Only item I wish the room had was 2 luggage stands. Those simple, foldable wooden stands to put a suitcase on. Everything made our vacation enjoyable. Thank you!

Pros: location, location, location! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Short 1 minute walk from condo property to sand between your toes! Wonderful family beach. Rental has closet full of beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, cooler and some sand toys. Which is so amazing when flying in from out of state. Property manager was nice and responsive. Check in process was easy, key fobs were easy to use. Kitchen was well equipped and supplied. Shower was very nice. Cons: First, I would say this place is not spotless and well kept. Overall, yes it was clean. But spotless, no. There was dirt stains around the doors, and toilet paper holder in the wall. The blinds in the living room had 4 or 5 slats missing in the middle, so even though when closed you could not get full privacy. There is a parking garage and other condo balconies that face this living room. There was an electrical extension cord that runs along the sliding door base held in place with blue painters tape. There were other little things like plastic command strip hangers for towels and jackets. On the first night when I couldn’t find linens for the sofa sleeper, I contacted the property manager. Apparently they had inputed my 11 year old son as being 11 months old so they did not provide extra linens, or towels. Which I was not aware we were renting the condo but did not have access to use everything. And although the property manager was apologetic and very nice, it really did put a damper on the beginning to our vacation. My son had to sleep with 2 throw blankets and the couch cushions as pillows. Overall this place was fine for what we needed. A place to stay before our cruise super close to the beach. Would I stay for an entire vacation, no.

Just a quick 3 night stay at the condo to catch some sun. The people were very nice and the condo was super clean. Walking distance to wal mart and 711 across the street.

Perfect location near restaurants of all price ranges. Valet parking was $10 a day and well worth it ( u can park and retrieve the car yourself if u like). Beach and water is gorgeous. Nice view from the balcony. I’m

The property was exactly as listed and we had a great time. The beach was really less than a minute away from the door so the location can't be beat! Ben was great to deal with and responded quickly to all of my messages.

We go to this area every year and stay for two weeks. We were thrilled with our stay. Everything was as described. And that view was amazing. We are most dinners out on the balcony because of the view. I enjoyed the sunrise from on the couch every morning of our stay. Even the couple of rainy days didn't bother us with that view.

The experience at this property was exceptional!! The check-in was easy, parking was cheap compared to other properties, and the location was conveniently near everything (airport,restaurants, Publix,Wal-Mart, etc.). The 1br, 1.5bh unit was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. I am a huge of functionality, and everything here met or exceeded my expectations. The main elevator lobby was under repairs, leaving one car unavailable, but the service elevator was always available without the wait. The owner of this unit left beach chairs, towels and a cooler for us to use, as we did everyday at the beach. We made daily brunch and dinner, and there were above adequate kitchen utensils (not like some places in the past). We shall soon return!!!!

We loved our short stay. When we arrived, a lot of people were valeting their cars so there was a small wait, but nothing to complain about. The lady at the check in desk was a little rude but that wasn’t anything Ben could control so I don’t fault him for that. When we got in the apartment, it was literally freezing. The temperature was on 64, but we covered up in the blankets that were available while the apartment heated up to a normal temp of 72. I contacted Ben right away and he was more than apologetic. We were also so hungry after traveling 4 hours so after we checked in Ben quickly texted me a few choices to eat that were walking distance….life saver!!! I love that there was a convenient store right across that street. Although there is a garage view off the balcony, if you look to the right there is a beautiful view of the city and to the left a gorgeous view of the ocean. Although not pleasing to the eye, I love that there were 2 box fans that I love sleeping with. I meant to bring mine but I forgot so that was a great addition. One last thing that was out of Ben’s control was the fact that there were floor drying fans in the hallway for some reason. I don’t know what was going on but the smell in the hallway was a bit nauseating. Overall, Ben had no control over the minor issues so I didn’t bother him with them. We had a wonderful time for our 17th wedding anniversary. Thank you!!

They had all the amenities necessary so you could go to the beach, cook and a stocked bathroom (for a couple days... you would have to go get toilet paper, etc if you will stay longer than that). Check-in was easy, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly and valets are too. By the way, valet parking is mandatory and it is $10 a day. This is by far one of the least expensive valets on the beach and the plus is also no resort fee. You can’t beat that. We rented a car because that’s the only way to really get around south Florida. We weathered Hurricane Ian at this rental and honestly cannot say I didn’t feel safe. The impact sliding doors were appreciated. The only con about this property is the king bed. There is a visible dip on both sides and my back was hurting for days. The bed quality for the pullout sofas was also pretty bad. If you are sensitive to bad mattresses (like myself) that bed will be the bane of your existence for the time you spend using it. The trick is to sleep in the middle. Owner really needs to change it out. And yet, I still think was a great rental. We will certainly visit again.
