Great location. Clean property. Only downside is extra resort & cleaning fees, however we would stay here again.

One of our best experiences ever with vrbo- the location is perfect, property was well equipped and spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was very prompt and helpful, with seamless check in and out. Would love to return!

The rooms were as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was that there is no clothes dryer. We had to hang our clothes on the balcony, chairs, towel rack, etc... The rooftop pool is awesome. The gym is good enough to get a decent workout in. A very quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars both on the beach / broadwalk as well as across A1A. We rented a car to explore a bit (shopping for food to cook / eat in our rooms, eating out at restaurants in downtown Hollywood, a day trip to Miami South Beach, drive to a marina in FLL where we rented a boat). The cost of the rental for the week was a good price and I know it's mentioned in the description, but the "resort" fee ($35/day) and overnight valet parking ($40/night) is a big nut. Umbrellas on the beach are $20 per day. We had some crazy weather on our first day. The huge rainstorm on April 12. 18 inches of rain in 24 hours. Flooding and abandoned cars all over that area of Florida. A smoke alarm went off in someone's room and everyone was supposed to evacuate but we couldn't because the stairwells and streets were flooded. The staff at the hotel did not communicate with guests properly and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. One night at 3:00 am, some drunk guy was banging on my daughter's door because he thought his wife was in there. Long story short, he was in the wrong building. I escorted him down to the lobby and reception had security escort him to the correct building / room. But I suppose this could happen at any hotel. Security could be better. The proximity to Margaritaville is great. They have live bands at a bandstand / stage on the beach most nights (as long as it's not raining). Other than the one crazy rain storm every other day we were there was great weather - with occasional scattered showers. Would I stay here again? Only if I couldn't find a better deal somewhere else. Definitely have to factor in the resort and parking fees when making that decision.

We spent a few days in Hollywood, and this was a great place to stay. The room was great, and there was plenty of room for my family of 6. I would recommend staying here.

We were looking to get a little sun and relief from the cold weather up north. We found the ideal spot. Short Uber drive from the airport and close proximity to all the restaurants and live music. There was a small grocery store right across the street where we picked up some breakfast items and fruit. The beach was a quick walk from the room and the chair service was so easy!

The place was nice and the location was great. However, our internet didn’t work (which was important to the teens), and myself to work. I called the number listed for the property owner several times, left a few messages, and text messages and have never heard back. It was frustrating. Besides that it was a good stay.

I loved the location of this property.

The location was perfect! Just one short block walk away from Hollywood broadwalk and the beach! Complimentary beach chairs were great! Rooftop pool and bar area was very nice but we didn’t spend much time there because of Hurricane closure. The unit was clean, spacious and included everything we needed EXCEPT a dryer. There is a washing machine but without a dryer or drying rack, it was not worth the hassle. Overall great place to stay in Hollywood!
