What a gem! This apartment had everything and even more. The most important - THE view. It was amazing to wake up here in the rays of sunshine and to watch the waves or rain. It's spacious, modern and very well equipped, spotless clean too. Beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. I felt like at home away from home! It's close to the sea, bus stops and Sainsbury's is like 5 minutes away. We didn't use it as we spent a lot of time outside, but you can find here many board games and puzzles, also for children. Big TV with freeview and streaming platforms for cosy evenings. Host & Stay was very responsive and sent us a lot of messages (I think even too many messages - two or three would be enough!) with useful information. It was easy to find the flat and so was the check-in. I look forward to stay here again!

The staircase is indeed in need of some attention as it looks old and mostly unloved (but it has nice touches like the old bookcase). I hope it will finally change as people are commenting on this since 2024! Pity that all LED candles were run out of their batteries.

Amazing views and location. The flat was very spacious and comfortable

Building work on flat below and the stairs after walking up from the sea as the tram was out of order!

We found the shower a little difficult to use. Carpets on stairs didn‘t match the quality of the flat.

Beautiful view Nicely decorated Comfy beds Warm and cosy

It wasn’t clean upon arrival and that’s the only negative. Host and Stay did log a complaint but it wasn’t a very personal service, despite quick responses.
