The interior of the house is awesome! Kitchen, Living room and bed rooms were well maintained!! Bathroom were well maintained and its supplies were also provided more than required! Had a huge outdoor garden for kids to play. The backyard of the house is not well maintained to utilize the grill and deck outside. Had trouble to get the door key to work when we reached there. However Vacasa team was easily reachable and they provided help even though it took 2 hours to finally get into the house. Other than that we had good experience to stay at this place!

I love the size of house- but could use a good cleaning for sure- there should be cleaning products at the house during someones stay. the maids were there at arrival and left huge bags of dirty stuff on the front porch. I do like the location but a bit cleaning and organizing would be needed here...

The house was a great fit for our family vacation. Plenty of room and all the essentials we needed. I do have to add that it was disappointing that the air hockey table was inoperable and is in very fragile condition. We were looking forward to playing but were not able. The home could use deep inside and outside cleaning. Surface cleaning was fine inside the home, but it could use a detailed cleaning. Overall, we had a great family vacation in a nice home and location.

This was our second time booking this place because it was great for a big family or big group. This past weekend we booked this place for my husband birthday trip. Everything was great except the kitchen sink did not drained and fridge was leaking. The first night we arrived the sink was not draining so I called to reported it and was advised maintenance will come check it out the next day because it was already too late to send someone Friday night. Come Saturday no one came after multiple calls so we had no sink to wash the dishes so it was hard to cook. I called again and customer service rep had to but in another ticket request and reach out to management with picture I sent them and they said they need to send a plumber. So Sunday a plumber comes and they couldn’t fix it either he spent about 2 hours snaking it and draining but it was still not draining properly. With that being he had to come back on Monday but we check out on Monday so we had no kitchen sink the whole entire trip. Our customer agent Amber was helpful and the plumber was nice but management did not even contact us regarding the whole issue when we were told they will compensate us.

We have used Vacasa before with great success. Sadly this visit was quite the opposite. Minor issues aside which always happen, the biggest issues were: (1) house listed as non smoking but the bed covers, master bedroom and the entire home smelled of long term smoking. This just wasn’t the guest before us. This was long term smoking. If you are sensitive to smoking or it’s smell I would not recommend this house. We complained to Vacasa online within 24 hours of our arrival and never received a response. We had family members with COPD and ASTHMA and we had to leave two days early due to this unhealthy living condition. Totally unacceptable and false advertising. Second issue while not a health issue was the house was listed as internet wifi included. It wasn’t. I’m not talking about streaming Netflix, but simple text emails could not be sent or received. We had to get a hot spot at our own expense to get wifi coverage as a few guests had to be in touch with work during our stay. Other minor issues were notes such as things in need of repair and someone had reassembled a previously broken chair without any wood glue or screws which meant it collapsed when my son sat on it causing him injury. We left a huge sign on it saying broken chair do not use so tht fuure guests would not suffer the same injury. I’ve tried following g up with Vacasa several times via the text and email suppprt they shared with us and all I hear back is management will be in touch. Now 4 days after we returned 2 days early from this “vacation” Vacasa hasn’t responded at all. Sadly while we had great success with Vacasa in the past (see our previous reviews) ethics experience and home has left us sour. We simply can’t recommend this house and doubt we will return to Vacasa anytime soon with these issues being unresolved.

Comfortable and well maintained property but found several issues with property during our stay

Thankfully it was a bunch of guys that were old college buddies getting together for the weekend so the mice in the kitchen weren’t that big of a deal. If my wife or kids had been with me - they would have freaked out and asked for our money back. Overall, without the mice issue, the home was clean, grilling on the deck was great and the short walk to the lake was awesome. Neighborhood was decent too but just realize this is not on the lake but near it. Would I rent it again - probably not knowing of the mice problem.
