Seriously such a fun place to hang out for girls weekend! We had a blast and enjoyed that there was a bar onsite in case we wanted to go (which we did 😉) Water was too shallow for slide which was probably a good thing so we just tied tubes to the boat to float or just plopped chairs down in the water. ONLY down fall was it had a sewer smell to it when we first walked in but by the end of the weekend, we didn’t even notice (or we just got use to it) we definitely want to come back though!

Great experience. Very nice property, that is well maintained and in a very peaceful surrounding. Hosts has provided all needed amenities with attention to detail. Would love to visit again.

This rental is in a great location - quick drive to Dubuque across the bridge, but also seems like it's so far away from a city! So peaceful on the backwaters of the Mississippi. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the top deck of the houseboat and watching wildlife along the river. The AC and full kitchen made this an awesome get away!

Annual gathering
Very enjoyable time on the boat. Well appointed and clean. Hosts were very accommodating. Great layout for playing cards/games. The upper deck is also wonderful. We’ll be back.

Lovely experience on a houseboat. So much better than being in a motel room. We are already planning on another stay next year.

Loved the location and boat - peaceful and beautiful! Boat was very comfortable and loved the sleeping nooks! Sitting on the top deck was so lovely in the morning and as the sun was setting. Host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

Clarke Graduation Weekend
A fun and unique place with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy being together for our daughter's graduation weekend. We played cards on upper deck, watched a couple movies in the shared area, comfortable beds for sleeping, and plenty of parking as we were coming from 5 different locations. The Millennium Bar and Grill located next door was a fun bonus with awesome food. On us... but we should have managed the hot water better as were all trying to get ready for the graduation ceremony at the same time. Definitely hope stay here again when we have more time to enjoy the whole experience!!!

Samantha and Ryan were very easy to rent from. They responded to questions quickly.
This is such a fun, unique property to rent. We will definitely rent this again. The closeness to the Millennium Marina Restaurant is a huge bonus as well. Food is delicious and the staff is excellent. Overall we had an awesome weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unique stay. I didn't realize there was a restaurant right next to it. The food was amazing and as unique as the houseboat. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They even brought us champagne and oj for mimosas. We will be back.

Needed a place during Covid to escape the city and stay socially distanced. The novelty of a houseboat over a hotel was also very appealing. Super cute design and a well appointed kitchen. Come prepared to snuggle up with the one you love - or in a nice warm robe - in the winter months. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
