Very easy to collect keys. We were late due to traffic accident on the highway and management was very gracious to wait for us. We had an issue with the hot water, which was fixed immediately after speaking with management. They were very responsive to any issues and all questions. The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our group of three.

Very nice newly renovated accommodation, location was awesome to walk to Greenpoint Stadium for the 7's Rugby. Very safe area and with nice restaurants within walking distance.
When we arrived, we were not sure where to get the keys, we phoned several numbers of the owners and property manager, but nobody answered or even called back. We then realized the keys are inside the apartment building at a property management desk.
