Great location, easy walking distance to pier, lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. Check in and out simple. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. St. Simons Island is beautiful!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great. We rented a golf cart. The condo was only a 5 min drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping.
We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well maintained. The setting was beautiful.
The only negative was the bathroom faucets were dated and loose in the master bathroom. Also, the dryer was very noise. I think something was going out on it.

Perfect space for 2 people and wonderful area! Close to the village, walking distance to many places.

The apartment was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated that it was an easy walk into the Village. The surroundings of the condo was lovely with all the live oaks and water features. We enjoyed the view when sitting on the deck (though deck is very small and just fits two people.) Would definitely return to this unit.

Besides being updated and well appointed, this condo is perfectly located. We were able to let the big kids ride their bikes to the pier and walk our little to the park to play. We never had to get back into our cars. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere fun including the beach and the Village.

We enjoyed spending the month of February. The location is great. Convenient to the village and all the activities there. The unit is very functional and well supplied. Some of the furnishings are showing some wear. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly handled by the Emmons staff. This was our second stay here and would certainly return.

Very close to the pier and village. Easy bike ride or walk. A little longer to a beach access. You'll need to ride a bike, golf cart or drive. So many good places to eat. Close to light house too!

Very nice community for a rental property. Walking to restaurants and shopping was nice. Also, it was very close to the community park. The only negative was that the sofa was uncomfortable, probably due to it being a sleeper sofa.

We love SSI. Rented many homes and condos in the area. This condo needs a lot of work. The sofa and one chair appear to be fairly new. Everything else in the living area needs to be replaced and updated. Especially comfortable side chairs.

It would be best to reconfigure the room and add a queen bed to it! The doors all need to be better oiled as they all stick and make a great deal of noise, especially at night. The fan in the room with the twin beds needs to be fixed as it makes a loud rattling noise when turned on so cannot sleep with it on, if you prefer to. Lastly, the white towels needs to be replaced or laundered better as several had some stains. The comforters on the beds had some stains in both rooms and need to be better laundered between guests and a few of the dishes and pots in the kitchen were put back unwashed. Other than that, it’s a great apartment with great views and within walking distance of downtown! From the balcony you feel like you’re in a tree house with views of a water fountain, fish, turtles, and plenty of birds!

The location is the thing. Close to everything and secure. The unit is very nice, clean and well equipped. We had a few minor maintenance items that were fixed quickly by the Emmons staff. We have already made reservations for next year.

The property was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. It was very quiet and we made it feel like home pretty quickly. The location was great as we walked back and for the to the pier each day and only used our car for longer trips. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location! Condo is not renovated/ updated as the description would lead you to believe. Bath mats and rugs in bedrooms had not been cleaned between guests. The tub drain had not been cleaned either. However , owners were quick to reply and address the problems. The cleaning crew came back the next day and washed the rugs. The property was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. A nice Playground is nearby for children.

I left my AirPods in the condo, told the owner, the cleaning lady and Emmons Realty where they were located and told them I would pay the $25 fee to have them shipped to me. No one has responded at all. The condo was nice but now I am down $200 because someone doesn’t want to be honest and return my item. I told them exactly where the AirPods were located and still no response. It’s been over a week now! Completely unacceptable.

My 3 sisters and I met here for a couple of nights in July. The condo is very nicely furnished, with all the necessary amenities, and in a very convenient location.
Problems: coffee pot which didn’t work (it was filled with water on our arrival so we assume the previous tenants had trouble with it, also); floors were sandy upon arrival and scatter rugs in bedrooms and bathrooms did not look clean. If these problems were resolved, I would recommend it.

We had two couples, each with a one-year-old, stay in the condo and the location was perfect. With the park so close-by, and the village not far beyond that, it was the perfect walkable distance. The only issue we had was that we thought the room with twin beds was actually a full size and twin, so one couple had to sleep in separate beds. Otherwise, we are grateful for such a great place for us to be able to vacation in!
