Questa baita si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Brightwood. Raggiungere Salmon River è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Sandy River ti aspetta a 11 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Questa sistemazione con 1 camera e 1 bagno offre anche un caminetto e l'aria condizionata. Nella cucina c'è tutto quello che ti serve per creare il tuo menù personale: un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. My wife and I stayed here on my 42nd birthday, it was so cozy, sitting in the rocking chairs in front of the wood stove was so relaxing and satisfying, we also downloaded music and some creepy pasta stories to our phones and used the Bluetooth on the record player. At the actual cabin the cell service switch’s from 1 bar to SOS, but if you absolutely need to do something cell phone related then you can get service about 4 minutes down the road in the Thriftway parking lot. (We have 3 kids 18-14-10 and they stayed home, for us that was the only reason we would have even needed our phones) we both loved it and I we would love to stay there again soon.

Beautifully maintained cabin in a fantastic location. Excellent communications from the host and a very seamless check-in process. If you’re looking for a cozy home base for Mt. Hood adventures, this is it

Highly recommend! Very clean. Very authentic. We loved learning about the cabin's history from the book Ian has provided. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Lots to see and do as well. Cell service is spotty at best. But we weren't visiting the area to catch up on our social media accounts. And you don't need service to take a million pictures. The wood burning stove was used far more than the mini split. But it was nice to have both options, so we didn't use too much wood. The cabin holds heat very well. Yes, the bathroom is outside of the cabin. But it's 100% updated and modern. It's so close you just put 1 foot outside, enter the code and then step inside. There is a heater in there as well. There are other cabins and houses nearby, but everyone is quiet. One of the most peaceful places we have visited. Oh, and if you're going to be out past dark, leave the porch light on. It gets dark out there. But turn it off when you get settled and step outside and look up. This little cabin is quite the gem and I'm so thankful Ian is sharing it with the rest of us.

Great communication with host and a well-equipped cabin with a cozy, woodsy vibe. The woodstove is amazing!
