We were in town for a family Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. Easy to find. The rental was as described. Well-decorated and furnished with everything needed to make breakfasts. Beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyed my 2 week stay here, didn't like the "extra cleaning fee" they imposed as mandatory for longer stays. This extra fee was not in the original reservation and it was buried more than halfway down a lengthy description. Thankfullty, Vrbo didn't make me pay it.
As for the property, it was nice, though the primary bedroom floor squeaked quite a bit. The carport was nice and had a great deck above it for hanging out on, though it trained all week and wasn't able to utilize it.

This was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room were all very nice. Everything we needed.

Great stay. Dishwasher wouldn't start & immediate response & came & fixed! Easy drive to Dickies & Stockyards .... lots of easy food options close by. Would stay again for sure.

We were in town for a wedding weekend and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This property was a great price and a great location! Walking distance to 7/11 made it super convenient for snacks, etc. Bedrooms were great and spacious and we were able to check out a little later which was super! Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is in a great location and better than advertised. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the outside deck was a great addition. We would definitely return to this condo.

Location was great! Condo was very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighbors and parking was super convenient.
There were a few inconveniences:
We were not able to change the AC… it definitely got a bit warm upstairs since it could not be changed below 70. I thought that was a little strange since we paid so much money to stay there. The other thing is the guest bathroom with the bathtub did not drain properly. It held water as you showered.

We enjoyed our stay here although we were gone more than we were in the house. The location was perfect. We didn’t have to get on any major highways to get to & from the stock show. If you have kids it’s not far from the zoo. Good shopping close by & good restaurants. House was very clean & beds super comfortable.

This property is a better alternative to staying at the Hyatt Place TCU. It offers the privacy of two bedrooms AND two bathrooms and the convenience of a kitchen, living space and FREE parking. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and have freshly brewed coffee and relax in the evening and watch a movie. It is exactly as described and pictured. We will definitely stay there again!

This was a most comfortable stay at an extremely clean and well maintained property. Our party was absolutely delighted with the whimsical cat art throughout the condo. The whole place was done with style and class. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the seasonings and olive oils, etc. that were provided for our use. And it was very quiet. Also has a nice outside sitting area. It is very easy to get around Ft. Worth from this location. Within walking distance to a Kroger grocery store. The hosts were very accomodating and easy to reach. We would definately rebook at this place.

This location is great. Walked to TCU football game. Good restaurants just across the street and within 5 minutes drive. Nice neighborhood to go for walks in.

This is a great location and very close to the TCU campus and the Berkeley apartments. The unit is very spacious, quiet and everything you hope to have when staying in a Vrbo. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting TCU.

The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. She even helped me get flowers to the property for my wife, and left us a nice card for our anniversary!
There were no issues with this property. The property was clean and well stocked. It was easy to find nearby places to eat, and to travel to and from the different parts of Ft Worth. I plan to stay here again.
The host really went above and beyond to help me out and made our stay wonderful!

This property was wonderful in every way. We stayed for 4 nights while moving our son into TCU. The townhouse is very spacious for 4 people, the kitchen is well outfitted, the king beds very comfortable and the bathrooms and closets were spacious. The rental was very clean and very quiet (no street or neighbor noise at night). Kevin and his manager were immediately responsive to all questions. We plan to stay here in the future for upcoming TCU events.

Squeaky clean!
My daughter and I stayed here after my daughter’s surgery. The property is squeaky clean and super cute. The beds were amazing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and she was very responsive and accommodating. I’ve booked another property with this group for my daughter’s follow-up and have no doubt everything will be top-notch!
