With starting my retirement we picked our stay in Hudson and couldn’t be HAPPIER!!! The house is just what you see in pictures. We loved it!!! My children and grandkids came to spend a few days also with us as we were there for a month. Kevin and his wife could not of been any nicer and answered any questions we had. High recommendations to anyone 💕 wanting to stay.

Completely rejuvenated after this trip!! The host was easy to reach and even let us check in early after a long drive across country. It was hard to leave but will stay again when we visit! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at our stay. Perfect location for visiting friends and family . Weekie wachie is a must see !!! King bed was comfy and we loved coffee on the dock .

We stayed at this 2 bed 2 bath home for a few nights to be near family that was visiting in the area. The back yard was awesome. We say so many birds and ducks in the canal. The patio included a gas grill, table and sofa as well as lounge chairs for sun bathing. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions. We would definately recommend this to anyone staying in Hudson.

This home was exactly as described. Great location, tastefully decorated, fresh, clean and had everything we needed for an extended weekend. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time; the set up was perfect. We want to come back when we have more time to enjoy the amenities you have available. This house is exactly as advertised. It's not a big house, but suited us very well. The fact that we were able to bring our 2 labs sealed it for us. It was our 1st trip to Hudson & we loved the area. Good restaurants, activities to do & plenty of birds & dolphins to watch.

We came down from Nebraska and rented the house for three days. Everything was as described. No issues with the house. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. Kidz even said the beds were comfortable. The driveway is just long enough for a vehicle and a JetSki or two vehicles. 10 out of 10 we will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location for visiting family in Hudson. We spent our evenings on the back porch overlooking the water and even catching a few fish and a crab! House was just as described. Super comfy beds! We will be back!

What a little treasure of a house. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing in the back yard. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great. We loved how the second bathroom was just off the garage. It was nice privacy. There were so many attractions and great restaurants nearby. Our daughter and her boyfriend only live 10 minutes away, so it was perfect for us. When we were packing up to leave, it started pouring down rain. It was great to be able to back the van in the garage to load up. We will book here again.

It would have been nice to have the grass mowed prior to arrival. I had my small 16 yr old dog with me and the grass was as tall as him with lots of sticker type weeds. It was tough on him when I had to pull them out of his toe pads. Otherwise the house was good for my travel needs.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We brought our dog and they backyard was great. We were able to fish and kayak right from the property. The beach wasn’t small but the boys had fun.

Just Great
This is a well maintained and comfortable property with lots of special qualities that make it unique. The owner has obviously stayed at vrbo’s before as this one leaves nothing to be desired. For a couple this house is ideal.

Great place.
Place had everything we needed. Very nice yard, kayaking the canals was fun. This place was in the middle of our day trips, Crystal River and the Tampa area.

Florida 2022
This was our second time staying at this property and we love it! The owners had made some improvements since last year. Outside, they had added a couple of big umbrellas for shade, as well as a small deck with some chaise lounge chairs. Inside there were a couple of additional bar stools for the island.
We had a sister and brother-in-law staying with us for a few days and they loved it too. They didn’t love the trundle beds in the second bedroom, but we older people are rather picky about our bed sometimes! 😊
The owners are very accommodating and reply quickly. We had a death in the family right before our reservations and had to alter our plans. The owners were wonderful to work with,

One thing I liked was all the extras that came with property. Quiet area, fishing right out back door. Everything from fire pit, grill, fishing gear, kayaks, canoes, etc, etc!! Wow.. a TRUE cottage and house away from home. Thx so Much. Terry and Kathy

Peaceful Paradise 🐠
Rented this clean well stocked house over the holidays to enjoy salt life with my family…we fished, kayaked, canoed, grilled and enjoyed the fire each night. It was perfect! Host was responsive. We are planning to stay again.

We had an enjoyable time with our dogs at the property. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and comfortable. The backyard is large and the neighbors were nice. I do wish there were some trees in the backyard to provide some shade but other than that no complaints. Great large TV in the main room. Not a bad transit out to the Gulf.

Beautiful place . Clean as can be . Has everything. Nice dock . Will be back . Close to lots of great things . Did I say clean !

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a nice island that was good for meal preparation when we were too tired to go out. The yard was cute and one night we had a Blue Heron that just relaxed near the dock. There were multiple TVs and games so we could do things together or have some time alone.
