We were wanting to stay on Chehalem Mt where I grew up. We found this Casita in our old neighborhood and then realized we know Mark and Lisa! He took my Senior pictures back in 1984. 📸😃

The property was comfortable, quiet and everything it was advertised. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Mark and Lisa are great hosts and we were well looked after by Willow the on site security cat. Great Place

This place was amazing, comfortable, clean and cozy, the owner Mark and Lisa provide the house every thing that the guest need, they were so nice, and I enjoyed my stay so much, If I came to Oregon again I will stay in this lovely house.

Mark and Lisa, the owners, were just across the driveway in their beautiful home, and they were so kind, friendly and accommodating!
The Wine Country Casita was so cute, we didn't want to leave! It had all the amenities you could ask for and MORE! Fresh tomato plants growing by the front walkway, where they let us pick and eat the ripened tomatoes! Their sweet little kitty Willow, so friendly, just like her owners!
The Casita itself was so roomy for a one-bedroom apartment style home. Great kitchen, with stacking washer and dryer (which we used due to my son's running gear!) We were there to see our son run in the Hood-to-Coast race and it was so centrally located to all the places we had to get to during the race, not to mention it was near family as well.
The beds were comfy. They stocked the bathroom with all you needed. The furniture was all comfy and cozy. I just can't say enough good things about this place and it's owners.
Now that we've been there, we will continue to come back as long as Mark and Lisa will have us! Thank you for a great and memorable stay!
I strongly suggest ya'll give this wonderful little place a try. It's not just about the accommodations, which are important, but also about the kind people, like Lisa and Mark, you get to meet along the way.

This place is very nice, it’s clean and bright, and there is plenty of room. The kitchen & bath have all the essentials. The bed is comfortable, there’s a closet and a dresser. The living room furniture is very cozy and the views are great. The porch and patio furniture are also nice and the property is well manicured. We loved our stay here!

The accommodations were perfect for a little get away. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening and enjoying a glass of wine with views of the rolling countryside and Mt Hood off in the distance. Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping.

The view is incredible. Location is close to nice wineries, shopping, restraunts. Next time we plan on visiting our son we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casita was wonderful. We loved sitting on the deck, admire Mount Hood and the serine views.
The house is extremely clean, kitchen is well stocked it has everything you need to cook and bake.
Mark and Lisa are very sweet and responsive.
The location is great. It feels you are in the country but you are 2 minutes from downtown.

Lisa & Mark have a fantastic place to spend quiet time in a picturesque setting. Inside the unit is well equipped. They both reached out to us to make sure we had everything that we needed. The location is 5 minutes to town for shopping and dining.

A test and relaxation getaway. Better than all expectations. Every detail to make 5 days comforting. Hosts are gracious and available if needed. Morning afternoons and Evening views amazing from private balcony porch. Highly recommended as a base to see countryside but equally recommended if you just relax at casita without leaving

Excellent experience. Property owners were responsive to any needs but also allowed for privacy as well. Everything inside was clean, and fully stocked for any needs. Property is close enough to local necessities but far enough away from any busy roads or traffic. The sunrise in the morning from this property is amazing. Overall great experience.

The Casita is on property with the owners and is in lovely, rural Sherwood. The rental unit was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and well-appointed with a well-stocked kitchen and laundry. The owners were attentive and communicated quickly. There is so much to do in the area... wine tasting, hiking, exploring, shopping. We had a wonderful Fall visit!

This property is perfectly appointed and in a wonderful location. We were able to go to the grocery store and cook every day. It is centrally located to many wineries and has a lovely view. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening and being surrounded by nature. There’s nothing that you’re going to wish for that is not in the kitchen and as a bonus it has a washer and dryer. Nothing quite like flying home with all clean clothes :). We will be back here next time we come to wine country.

This was a great place to stay about 30 minutes outside of Portland. The porch looks out over a lovely valley and everything inside was new and extremely clean (but without that awful over-perfumed "clean" smell!). Hosts were very friendly as was Willow the cat.

The Casita was so perfect for our little (approved) bachelorette party in wine country. One room with an extra bed and air mattress worked well for the four of us. Full fridge. Full kitchen with appliances etc if you need (we didn’t ). Small laundry facility if you need (we didn’t ). ADORABLE kitty named Willow that comes to say hello on the patio and is very sweet. The patio was so lovely to sit on at all times of day; the view is great for the hills. The hosts are super communicative and helpful for those coming out of town. Plenty of parking. When asking all of the bride tribe is they all said: I love Willow. Thank you so much!

I rented this home for out-of-town family. The place exceeded expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. It also had lots of land to ensure privacy. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and they had very affectionate pets as well. I absolutely plan to rent this again in the future.

Never stayed in a more thoughtfully appointed, clean, comfortable lodging. A guest could live comfortably for an extended time in Casita.

Our family (includes 3 small kids) had a wonderful stay in the Casita. Great location that is close to town, but just outside in the country. The home was sparking clean and had everything we needed. Mark and Lisa even added portable A/C units earlier in the day to make sure we were comfortable on a 95 degree weekend. It was a great stay and we’ll be back.

When I contacted them before our stay to ask about the availability of beach towels, they quickly responded and said they would get some for us to use on our day trip to the coast. When we checked in the beach towels were there. Check in and out is very easy. This place is close to wineries, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! It’s perfect! Not one complaint or suggestions for improvement.

Mark and Lisa’s Casita
Mark and Lisa’s Casita is by far one of the cleanest VRBOs that we’ve ever stayed in!!! It felt brand new and like we were the first family to stay in it. Absolutely perfect location…out in the country but only minutes to town. Nice and quiet. Amenities were perfect, they have everything you need and more. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked. Willlow (the cat) was an added bonus! Very respectful of your privacy and great communication!! Highly recommended!!
