Our stay was truly wonderful! The chalet somehow managed to be both cozy and quaint while still feeling elevated. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Deborah and Randy had gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing retreat. We had everything we needed and more. The mountain views from each window were such a nice treat, and we got to enjoy viewing the wildlife. They truly thought of everything, not only for us, but for our two dogs as well. The home and property are exceptionally pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, and alongside the beautiful and peaceful surroundings, this made it easy for us to just settle in and truly relax. This is an amazing place and a great mountain escape! The house was stocked with everything and more that we could've needed. Extrememly clean and modern home. Dogs: Our yellow lab Toby absolutely loved it. We really appreciate that the hosts care just as much about our 4 legged family members! This has to be one of the most pet friendly stays in northern georgia. Despite welcoming so many dogs, you could never tell that any had been there. The place was spotless and smelled clean. Toby had the absolute time of his life. Info for future guests: There is a 1 mile walking trail loop at the end of the street which is great for an easy walk through the woods. The town of Murphy doesn't have too much too offer so if you're looking to get out to explore a town or grab takeout go to Blue Ridge. Everything is about 20-25 minutes away on very windy back roads. Not a problem for me but for backseat passengers that might not be fun if you plan to drive every day. We were planning to relax outside at the house but unfortunately there was very loud construction next door from 8am-6pm everyday so we ended up venturing out. When that is not going on the backyard is peaceful and quiet. Unfortunate timing but definitely a bummer. Negatives: Driveway is a rollercoaster but doable. A couple of wacky light switches that could be redone but not a dealbreaker. Overall we had an amazing week and I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends, especially those with dogs!

The fire place was not on it so quit and peaceful great place would stay again .We go that way 3 or 4 times a year we love it .We have a great area to the Smokies,
