Conveniently located close to town. The home was clean and well appointed with a appliances and cooking utensils. The house was easy to get in and out of. We enjoyed the deck and TVs to stay on top of college and NFL games. We enjoyed the coffee table books about the history of the Highlands. Definitely would recommend to others visitors to the area. The ice maker was a little wonky. So for the late review

We loved a lot of things about this home. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds were comfy with nice linens. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The decor is perfecto. The location is great!! Communication with owners was easy and efficient. Our only two complaints were: we could not use the fireplace (that is what you want in the chilly mountains!) and checkout was 10am, which seemed a bit too early. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend in a cozy mountain home, and we look forward to returning.

We took a trip for a friend's birthday and everyone loved the house (they said I could be in charge of that every time because of the great find). Usually it looks better in the pictures than real life, but I thought it was even better in person than I thought from the pictures. Everything was perfect and we would return again.

The house is located in a lovely and scenic neighborhood very close to downtown Highlands. The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully updated. Check in and check out was easy, and hosts were responsive. We were so busy looking at waterfalls, hiking, and going out for ice cream and dinner, that we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would’ve liked in the house!

We enjoyed our weekend in Highlands at this charming home. The house was spotless. The check in process was a breeze. The owners were helpful and very responsive. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. I loved the dual pot and pods Keurig coffee maker. It was nice to have a choice. We will definitely rent this home again!

We loved the position of this home - beautiful views of the surrounding mountains but so close to the center of Highlands. It was perfect for our party of six to relax, unwind and enjoy our time there.

Several things for the owner to address, front steps have broken stone, easy to fall, they need the house number on the mailbox, and you need extra blankets in bedrooms. View was wonderful, even thought it was rainy, sunrise magnificent and house very comfortable and nicely decorated. Thank you

My best friend and I decided to take a vacation after my daughter's wedding to relax and recover. We could not have chosen a better place. There was so much room for more people but we were happy that it was just us. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. All of the furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. And the views were amazing. We got lucky and got there right at the peak time of the leaves changing. The TVs were easy to use so we were able to binge watch some Netflix and the kitchen had everything we needed. We talked about how great it would be to come back sometime with our families. This property is amazing.

Most amazing VRBO in Highlands. Very close to town. The house is beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. Amazing view. We will definitely be booking again!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner very helpful. Area rug in living room has a large stain and the living room chairs are getting a little threadbare. Could be replaced with some that are a little more comfortable. Only two areas of improvement we noticed. Everything else very nice. Very good updates to the house.

We enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again. We walked into town easily. The neighborhood is pretty and very quiet. The 2 levels allow for lots of privacy. The only thing I would tell future renters is to bring soap and shampoo for the bathrooms.

I would rent here again for sure. The house is lovely and located close to downtown Highlands. The beds were very comfortable. House super clean. Beautiful views. The owners were very helpful and attentive to every need and question we had. Great property!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed at our stay at this house and will definitely be back. The two level house was remodeled very nicely and the layout was great for our family of grandparents, parents and kids. The deck and view were a great place to start and end the day, and we already miss sitting out there drinking coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We look forward to returning next year!
