This is a well-appointed villa in St. George with very accurate property descriptions. It's in a gated community by Snow Canyon and is close to lots of great hiking, Harmon's Grocery store (the best), the best restaurants, and downtown St. George. There's an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs so you can enjoy dining/sitting outdoors while watching the ducks in the pond and the view of the mountains of Snow Canyon (which have magnificent colors when the sun is setting). Beth, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen had delicious welcome pastries and treats in a basket. There are plenty of utensils, cutlery, coffee mugs, dishes, glass storage containers, etc. The bed is comfy and they offered silk pillow cases for your stay (a nice touch). There were lots of clothes hangers (YAY!) and a safe in the closet. The towels are large and soft and there are plenty of them. Everything was in working order and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to everything we enjoy doing.

We have stayed in VRBO’s, HOMEAWAY, and Stays many times and in multiple countries, this is the finest, in every respect.
Spacious, clean, well stocked, excellent furnishings, fabulous views, great location, and excellent host. We have been there twice and will be back.
Not to gush too much but… this really is an excellent spot.

Beautiful place with a view of a pond. Very centrally located to all activities. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay there again.

The view of the pond through the huge glass windows is incredibly peaceful.
The home is spacious and comfortable.

We spent four nights here in October 2022 and enjoyed it very much. Entrada is a beautiful development in a beautiful area and the villa was immaculate, attractive, well-equipped, and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean, much appreciated, and thoughtfully appointed with all we needed. I have to say that the Inn at Estrada was not clean. Happy to have stayed there and may again in the future.

Quiet neighborhood with views of red rock mountains. Easy to find and within 5 min to grocery store but feels as if you are far away enough from town to have a peaceful relaxing stay. The condo itself was clean with much attention to details that mattered to us. Non toxic cleaning products available, organic cotton towels, comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, clear instructions for check in and check out, garage with entrance to condo, and a large jacuzzi tub. There is a studio attached to the condo but never a problem with noise. We could hear someone was there but were never bothered. Owners were wonderful.

Class in St.George.
Our first visit to St. George,… well past 100 degrees,… home was cool upon arrival and was much better than the pics showed,… gorgeous views,… classy area,… was a distinct pleasure!!!

Outstanding
Property was everything that we'd hope for a relaxing, beautfiul, and adventerous get-away. Accommodations were amazing - clean, updated, convenient, and well-appointed. Back porch atmopshere with fountain and red-rock mountian view are as gorgeous as postcards. I would recommend to everyone.

Very nice stay - a little confusing with all the different directions. Maybe have one document sent with everything together vs it being messaged through the app however, home was comfortable beautiful and well accommodated with all the necessities. We will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Place to Pamper Yourself
The villa itself is beautiful, with a spacious open floor plan, two gas fireplaces (one in the great room and one in the bedroom), a luxurious master bath, a well-appointed kitchen, and a lovely patio overlooking a pond. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
