The view was amazing and we had a great time. It was a very nice property that was perfect for our getaway. Quiet and secluded

Beautiful property with beautiful scenery. Very clean. Could have been stocked better. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths. Only had one kitchen towel and cloth. Had enough silverware and dishes for our group of 4, but a larger group may need more. All in all it was a very nice rental property and I would recommend it.

We loved our stay. The cabin was a nice, quaint space that worked well for my family. The views,outdoor space, and firepit were our favorite things about our stay. The propane firepit was a special touch to the porch. We loved the ease of use so much that we are buying one for our own home. The communication was amazing. We reached out a few times during our stay and she responded very quickly. She was very helpful.

I loved every minute of my stay. It was relaxing and peaceful and perfect in every way. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Great views and a quiet getaway. Family enjoyed themselves. Minutes away from everything.

Great cabin

This was an amazing house with a beautiful view, would definitely return!!!

The cabin was roomy and charming. I realize this is a pet friendly property, but i dont think it had been cleaned since the previous occupants. Dog hair was gathered in the slding door tracks and was under the furniture and beds. Just needed more attention from the cleaning sevice.

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed visiting the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge from this location. We also golfed and swam within 5 min from the home. The views from the deck and bedrooms were beautiful.

We all enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home with a beautiful view. The home is located far enough away from the crowds and it was perfect for us! Definitely recommend.

The cabin was great. It looks and feels like a cabin in the woods. Everything you could need is provided. There are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs (both have king beds) and a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bathroom for the whole first floor. The laundry is located in this bedroom (in a closet). The view from the deck is nice but is slowly being blocked by the growing trees. However, the view from the primary bedroom upstairs was phenomenal! The kitchen had everything you needed to make yourself meals. The cabin has a small penned-in area to allow your dog off-leash time outdoors which I thought was a nice touch. My only negative with this cabin is the upper windows in the bedrooms upstairs, they have no shades or curtains, so in the summertime (since it is located in the far west of the time zone) the morning light will come streaming in waking you very early (one night the full moon was streaming in on my face and woke me up). If morning light doesn't affect your sleeping habits then this won't be an issue. Even with this, I would definitely come back and rent this cabin. We were pleased with it and even got to see a mama bear and her cubs on our way up in the car to the cabin!

Amazing views. Felt that the cabin was described accurately, however seems the couches were starting to show their wear, however we were not in the cabin for long periods of time. Location was about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

This cabin is exactly everything we needed for our getaway… exactly as listed very rustic and charming and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Will definitely try and choose one of their next locations for our next trip

Cabin was very well done and had a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains! Very comfortable and cozy for a weekend getaway!

The view was as beautiful as the pictures. The close proximity of the others houses made it very easy to hear everything happening at other houses while on the porch. Hot tub was clean. Great water pressure. Appreciate the ice maker. Living room furniture was very old and smelled bad. It was surprisingly warm during our trip and the upstairs was very warm due to the windows and the way the AC is.

Took a trip to show my family Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. I am very particular about my view and cabin. This cabin was PLENTY of room for the 4 of us & also our 3 dogs! This cabin is pet friendly which makes it all the more charming. The bedrooms were plenty spacious & the fire place was also very nice to have. The view of the mountains are beautiful from this location. With a great view, usually comes with some steep roads! Definitely recommend a 4x4 as previously stated in reviews. Vicky reached out to make sure my stay was going well & if I needed anything. Communication was always on point. I appreciate the stay & most definitely appreciate being able to bring my dogs.

We needed a family vacation and this property did not disappoint. We had the greatest time and the cabin is just perfect. The rooms are so spacious and very cozy. The kitchen has everything you could want or need, with even a few ingredients in the cabinets 😁. We were snowed in Friday night with nothing to do and thankfully we found some board games and had the greatest time during the storm. Then we all got in the hot tub that was just waiting on us at a comfortable 103 degrees. The next day the snowplow truck was out scraping the road and we were out and into Gatlinburg in no time. We had the best vacation we’ve had in years and we can’t help but think that the place we stayed was an integral part of our great time. I would highly recommend staying here, because I know that we will.

We are very grateful to have found this pet friendly cottage for our Thanksgiving week getaway. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms for my family of 5 adults and one teenager. Great views throughout the day, hot tub, gas grill, gas outdoor fire, outdoor seating and the pet park for dogs were all highlights. The owners were quick to respond to a few minor issues that we wanted make them aware of, but had no impact on us enjoying are stay. As frequent VRBO vacationers and owners of several VRBO properties, we would highly recommend this house. A few suggestions for the owners and future guests: (1) Save the cost and have the guests bring their own towels. Those that were provided were not very good. We ended buying some at WalMart. (2) If you like to cook while on vacation, the kitchen was not well equipped with sharp knives. We also had to buy a mixer as this was not provided. Only had one kitchen towel and one pot holder. (3) The house had minor issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, dirtly floors, dirty/greasy cabinets, minor mildew on shower curtain, and extremely dusty which affected some of our allergies. We would gladly have done some cleaning but there was not a pad for floor duster, no dust cloths, and the vacuum smelled when run. All of these understandably due to other guests having dogs but given the cleaning fees paid this could have been better. Thanks so much to Brian and Vicky!

Wonderful easy visit to the mountains - thank you for the hospitality!

The cabin had a beautiful view of the mountains. Very steep incline to the cabin, would recommend taking a SUV/truck. The cabin could use some updates. The water in the upstairs tub constantly was dripping, needed new shower liners in both bathrooms, mouse drippings under the sink, cushions on the couch and the throw pillows looked dingy and dirty, just needed a good overall cleaning of everything. Also, I would recommend to take your own dish soap and good paper towels and toilet tissue. Was afraid to use the hot tub due to cleanliness of the cabin. Took our 2 small dogs and they had a dog area, but there is no grass area for any dogs. it's all rocks, sticks,, and dirt. The view was the only positive for this place.

Property had excellent views, was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit on the deck. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. This is a 5 star property

This was a great place for my 3 grandsons to experience the Smoky Mountains for the first time! We were close to everything and yet “in the mountains” to sleep. The cabin was exactly what you want for a family. I highly recommend this spot!

We loved the location of this property, Property was ready for our stay as the we had no gas for grill / firepit ,cleaning could be better, pet hair on everything, needed a good dusting. Deck was a great space for our family, Owner did get the gas issue taken care of the 2nd day of our stay. Only issue was the cleaning of the cabin and not having the gas tanks filled bf our arrival. Otherwise amazing..

The house was very beautiful and the scenery was relaxing. We loved the back deck most with its view of the mountains! Definitely felt like we were communing with nature out there!

Vicky was wonderful to work with and had the sweetest property with a great view! Highly recommend staying at one of their properties, solely because of how great they are to work with. We had 3 couples staying here and it was the perfect size. You will get some bear visitors throughout the day but it really is the perfect place to stay for your trip! Will be staying at one of their properties in the future!

We had a wonderful time. Have you checked the security camera? A bear was in our car! We accidentally left the car unlocked. There was no damage, but we we’re startled.

This property was perfect for a little rest and relaxation.
