Decent facility, a little too close to highway but noise was minimal. Cafes and restaurants in a walking distance and free parking
Neighborhood is not the greatest but no threat or noise

The place was close to work and very clean (cleaned every day, smelled well). Very nice delicate colors, non-tiring design: I chose it for that reason, too. The breakfast is minimalistic but there is a nice cafe across the street. Tea and coffee is available all day and evening. Exactly what I needed for my trip.
The building is old and floor in places is slightly uneven, but all the interior paint and carpets are new.

Clean, quiet convenient
Everything was awesome

I don't consider a bagel and coffee breakfast. There wasn't even butter or jam for the bagel. The breakfast bar was very disappointing.
A very loud room next door the first night that kept me awake until 2:30am. The "breakfast" offerings.
