View from the property.... Location is also close to happening places
Since property is a bit old, some upkeep of pool and wardrobes is required. Else everything was fine. Also, property's approach road has a sharp incline so some drivers refrain from coming to pickup, however can't complain about this given the overall view and value this property has on offer

Location was amazing and the breakfast was tasty and served at an appropriate time.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Beautiful views of Patong
Our maids were so helpful and kind. They made breakfast every day and were always smiling.
Steep access into the villa isn’t for everyone

The view is spectaculair! Very comfortable beds and nice and helpful staff.
The house is dated and especially the bathrooms need urgent updating. The tiles around the pool are all very loose and we found that dangerous with little kids. The breakfast is the same everyday and although tasty could do with some different fruits etc. Most taxis won’t like to come down the hill so be prepared for a very steep climb a couple times a day to get a taxi.
