We loved being at Drum Castle, the staff especially Richard Taylor of the National Trust for Scotland was FABULOUS .He is a remarkable guy and helped us feel at home.
The stay was cozy .My wife and I are tall people (6foot tall)so the double bed /soft mattress with a Short brass frame was difficult to cope with.
THEY NEED AT LEAST A NEW QUEEN BED WITH LARGER BED FRAME. PLEASE ADVISE THEM TO MAKE OTHERS STAY EVEN BETTER THAN OURS!
The setting is amazing!

Peace and quiet. Uniqueness of castle stay
Due to gales there was a power cut and had to leave a day earlier
