Great location, clean and tidy

Very dated and the lounge furniture uncomfortable to enjoy time together.

Great location -close to farm cafe and a nice pub just over the road. Nice quiet area. Private parking. Two double beds. Upstairs toilet. Washer/drier was very handy. Dishwasher appreciated as were the dishwasher tablets. Great shower.

We requested a high chair for our 6 month old granddaughter, it wasn’t fit for use, quite disgusting. TV, everything about it including the useless remote control with still no battery cover. I noted this in previous reviews and actually thought the feedback might be acted upon. The beds, soft and collapsing on the far side edge. My husband was unable to get a good nights sleep and we both now have a backache. After using the cooker the bottoms of the pans were covered in black soot, somethings not right with that. Only 1 bin bag, 1 toilet roll and no hand soap. No DVD player as advertised. SUGGESTION - bring your own towels, those provided are very small.

The settee and single chair could have been a bit more comfortable after being out walking all day

A good location close to Windermere and routes to the rest of the lakes

No welcome pack, no tea, coffee milk soap shower gels shampoo and a lot of the local information brochures in the box were 2 or 3 years out of date
