This property in Music Row area was ideal. It was a well appointed condo with everything we needed from towels, to dishware to a place to put our feet up. The space had a lot of spread out room and the bathroom set up was great with separate shower/toilet areas. There was easy access to coffee shop, bars etc. It was within walking distance of Broadway- roughly 15-20 min walk. The parking area is small so account for that when parking. It does get busy on the road out front during prime times. The building was relatively quiet. There were some "cooking" odors and other smells not controllable by the property owner but noteworthy to have to contend with. With door closed, all was ok and candles on site helped! The decor was adorable and very comfortable! Definitely recommend this property!

Lovely location within walking distance to Music Row. Condo was spacious and cute. We were safe and comfortable, which is essential as female travelers. Beds were VERY soft, so if you like a firm bed, this may not be for you.

This rental worked great for what we needed. There were 4 of us girls that stayed here. The place was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, closet was big and had hangers, and the bathroom was nice to have 3 separate areas (vanity, toilet, and shower). The location was perfect for us and where we wanted to go. We walked to and from the Gulch, downtown Broadway, and Centennial Park. No bad vibes walking at night. Not too far. It was really perfect. The only place we drove to was the Grand Ole Opry because of the distance. Parking worked out great having 1 spot underneath and we were able to find a free street spot not too far away for our other vehicle. We were given an early check in which worked out great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, and this location is an easy $7-10 Uber from the strip. No issues at all with the VRBO, but the pool could use some work, however it served its purpose. Would recommend. Thanks!!

Condo was beautiful! Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was good enough. Probably out of Genevieve’s control, but trash cans were overflowing with garbage and it was just kind of dirty and unkept. But overall we loved the condo and it’s location!

Our second trip to Nashville for a bachelorette weekend. This condo is at a great location, clean and bright with all the amenities you could ask for- even a guitar shaped pool! The owners were great and easy to communicate with.

Condo was great, had an amazing time during our 4 day stay. With only about a 20 minute walk to downtown broadway there was no need to pay for ubers to get to and from all the action. This ended up being the perfect location as we preferred to stay on the quiet end of town when we we're done hoping from bar to bar. Host was amazing, quick communication and easy detailed instructions for checking in and out. We will look to stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see & do in Nashville. Host responded to our question immediately & even offered us an early check in. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of the offer. I read previous reviews regarding poor water pressure in shower. The water pressure was perfect. No issue what so ever.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I during New Year’s Eve weekend. A lot of great places to eat within walking distance. It’s not far from Broadway (longer walk, short scooter or Uber ride) It was nice coming back to the condo at night that is located in a quiet building and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely try to stay at this condo again in the future.

This was a wonderful experience. The listing photos are quite accurate and Tyler was a great host. He gave clear instructions on how to access the property as well as how to check in and check out of the property smoothly. Tyler also sent us a link to restaurants and attractions. The property is close enough to the city center to be able to quickly be part of the action but far enough away to be able to rest quietly when you return. Will definitely seek out this property again when we return to Nashville. Thanks so much.

The condo was exactly as described. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We found that the segregation of the bathroom area worked well with multiple people trying to get ready for the day. The beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area however I felt the pool could benefit from better maintenance. There was visible debris on the floor of the pool and there seemed to be a lack of filtration. My skin felt slimy after my first steps in so I avoided the water. We spent time at the pool every day of our 5 day stay and found it entertaining each day. From the people looking over the fence to see the pool to the squirrels drinking out of the pool, always something to see.
The location of this unit is perfect if you are looking for a quiet location (no loud parties), close to all the highlights. We walked to Broadway with ease and found many amazing restaurants within a couple of blocks. We also had a rental car and found it easy to get to and from all attractions.
As a first timer to Nashville, I would recommend to stay here.

Booking the trip was easy. We arrived to a beautiful, clean condo. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
There's bars and food within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.
