Such a beautiful home. We had a wonderful weekend skiing and coming back to the hot tub. Wonderful Mountain Views and very spacious and well stocked home. We would love to come back one day.

Great Home, Great view.
The pictures really don't do the panoramic view of the mountains justice. The home itself was beautiful and perfectly set up for just about any mountain vacation scenario. We could tell a lot of thought and work had gone into it. Communication was top notch as well.

My family stayed at Sunny Peaks in mid September. It was a wonderful house, completely stocked with everything you could want. The adult children and dog loved the expansive deck. We plan to vacation there again.

Family ski trip with young children!
This property is incredible! We skied Winter Park and Granby and the location of the home was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail and were great to work with! Brandy was able to accommodate an early check-in since we were traveling with a baby. The kids loved roasting marshmallows on the deck, the hot tub, and all of the games. It was the perfect family vacation, and the views of the stars at night were something the whole family will remember. We cannot wait to come back again next year!

This cabin exceeded all expectations, has absolutely everything and anything you could possibly need and also only 10 minutes from Safeway. The property is so beautiful you don’t want to leave the cabin, the hot tub is huge and has the most beautiful view. The grill and the fire pit were fantastic for dinner and s’mores but overall it was absolutely beautiful and perfect!

Excellent Property & Location
This property is really nicely maintained & kitchen is well stocked. Our family really enjoyed the house, the large wrap-around porch & view. Basement recreation area is nice with many options for fun. About 35 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Close to many other towns and resources. Highly recommend this house for families & friends. EXCELLENT!

Beautiful
This cabin exceeded all expectations, has absolutely everything and anything you could possibly need and also only 10 minutes from Safeway. The property is so beautiful you don’t want to leave the cabin, the hot tub is huge and has the most beautiful view. Beautifully maintained and equipped. We've stayed at quite a few very nice VRBO properties over the years and this was absolutely the best all around. The property manager promptly responded to any questions. We had a wonderful family gathering and hope to return to this lovely cabin in the woods some day. Thank you!

Everything about this place was wonderful!! It was equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. The view was fantastic and the hot tub was amazing. Great location, close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this home..

Gorgeous Panoramic Views!!
This cabin is an absolute gem for a mountain escape! The owners have thought of every detail to make the stay delightful and comfortable. The views are BREATHTAKING from every single window in the house. The wrap-around balcony/deck was amazing! We cooked all of our meals at home which was made easy as the kitchen is stocked with every small appliance and cooking tool you could want. The welcome basket was unexpected and overly generous. Extra wine was even conveniently stocked in the pantry for a small cash fee - definitely came in handy! The entire house was spotless and felt clean and inviting. It was clear that the owners take special care to make sure their guests are well taken care of- toys for children, dog treats, sleds in the garage, clean cozy blankets in every room, extra toiletries in case anything was forgotten, humidifiers and diffusers in the bedrooms, books, games, s'mores, etc, etc.! We had car trouble on our day of check out, and Brandy went above and beyond to help us out. This place was truly unforgettable. A++

Most amazing vacation
Brandy we want to thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this amazing house!!! We had the best 40th bday for my husband. We were in awe of how much you had prepared. From the welcome basket with the personal card from you and your family, the stocked pantry and kitchen, little things we forgot like tape, pens, paper, body wash, having extra chargers around the house, every utensil and kitchen gadget we needed, even that cute in case you forgot basket in the laundry room. Everything was truly amazing and more then we expected. We don’t want to leave!!! The views are amazing, and even with a snow storm it made this winter wonderland even better. Your floor plan was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!!! This trip was priceless and perfect. Thank you again
