Non farti mancare nulla! Prenotando questa casa vacanza che ammette animali domestici ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da tratti costieri dove andare a vela e da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Mettiti alla guida quando vuoi: bastano 4 minuti per arrivare a Vallecito Lake o 21 per raggiungere Los Pinos River.

Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati sul balcone o vicino al braciere.

Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Qui ti aspetta una vasca idromassaggio, in aggiunta ad altre dotazioni fra cui asciugamani. E non dovrai portare con te troppi vestiti: qui troverai lavatrice e asciugatrice. I wish I could give 10 stars for this property and the hosts! We wanted a place to stay that was near a river and accessible to Durango. This home checked ALL the boxes and MORE! Check-in was easy. The house was very clean and the layout for our family was perfect with the master suite downstairs and three additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was better equipped than my home! Seriously...EVERYTHING you could possibly need, including skewers for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows over the fire pit. The rest of the home was well equipped as well with plenty of towels and supplies. The beds were super comfortable as well. We felt welcomed as family upon our arrival. The kids had a blast and kept the adults busy chasing after them in the beautiful outdoors! The hosts communicated well without inundating us with messages, which was terribly refreshing! WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY and hope to return again!

Our BFF-6 group takes a vacation together every year. This has by far been the best! Beautiful lake and rivers. Property manager was very informative. The house was a perfect fit and close enough to everything we wanted to do. I’m hope to be back someday, this was my first time in Colorado and it is breathtaking. Thank you again for a great vacation
