Con un ampio cortile anteriore e posteriore, potrai goderti il lusso di rilassarti senza preoccupazioni mentre rimani qui. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. La camera da letto è perfetta per i bambini grazie all'aggiunta di letti a castello queen size. Tutte le camere hanno i loro armadi. Una spaziosa sala grande / sala da pranzo vi aspetta per ospitare una grande cena. Sul lato c'è anche un angolo in più dove puoi goderti un caffè mattutino o rilassarti e leggere un ottimo libro. The property itself is very comfortable with a great view of the canal out back. The property owner was great! We found that we needed to extend our stay and they were quick to respond. Luckily, our extended dates were available, so we’re here a few more weeks and couldn’t be happier about it. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, too.

Very nice and comfortable house. Great for a family or two couples with multiple rooms and bathrooms and nice dining and living spaces and nice by large smart TV.

We rented this property for a 4 night Spring Break Stay with our teenagers. House was just as described, clean, simple, and we'll equipped. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. House is charming and located in a beautiful neighborhood... Very tropical and pretty. Beds we're comfortable and it was very handy to have washer & dryer available for a load of laundry here and there. Contact with the hosts was prompt and check in process was simple and seamless. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!

House was pretty clean and everything worked as it should. Location was great, close to a bunch of stuff, yet still had that small town feel. Would definitely rent again and the home owners were very quick to respond to all questions pre travel.

In general the property met my needs for my 2 month stay.The location was perfect, I have family in Apollo Beach, Sarasota and Clearwater. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. There were plenty of supplies.
The night of the Super Bowl the electricity went out. Could not find a flashlight, a small emergency pack would be nice.
May I suggest that your welcome book include a page that tells your where the fire extinguisher and first aid kits are located. Also, a small waste basket in the laundry room would be nice. Lastly something to cover the living room window would be nice to black out the light if anyone sleeps there.
The screened porch was nice but the grill wasn't clean and the gas wasn't hooked up.

It would be nice to have more than two TV’s. When you have a mix of young and older adults and children in the morning it was hard for everyone to watch what they wanted. So I recommend each room have a tv. The futons though good for its purpose was too small for a group of tall boys. Their feet hung over the end of the futon.

Celebration of Life
We rented the property to connect with family to celebrate the life of my mother. What I liked was there was enough beds for my large party, the home was spacious and clean. It would be nice to have more than two TV’s. When you have a mix of young and older adults and children in the morning it was hard for everyone to watch what they wanted. So I recommend each room have a tv. The futons though good for its purpose was too small for a group of tall boys. Their feet hung over the end of the futon.

Overall the place looks even better than the photos. We stayed here with our elderly parents which worked out amazing to catch up with relatives in the area. The only 2 minor things to mention was when we areived there was cigerette butts all over the screened in porch that we had to sweep up for the kids to play. And the pots and pans kinda suck to cook breakfast and stuff in. Hopefully the owners will upgrade those soon. Other than that the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The owners responded great about any questions. Bery quiet location and neighbours were awesome. The house had everything we needed for a great spring break! Could do with some more outside seating but understand thats not a nessescity :)

It was perfect for my parents with easy access for them. Everything on one level. Property comes with access to a kayak and easy access to the canal behind the property. Everything about the property was perfect! The propery owners were also fantastic. The were very responsive to a couple of questions and the ease of renting was very helpful. We had a slight hiccup with the septic due to a lot of rain but we contacted the property manager and it was fixed same day. Very easy and nice people to deal with.

Ruskin Vacation
Beautiful home. Spacious with plenty of room for family. Location was great for us as we keep our boat at a nearby marina. Quiet neighborhood. Has everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location! House is just as described. Great communication! Hoai was very accommodating with an issue that came up and it was nice to have her check in to make sure nothing was needed during our stay. Thank you for a great stay!
