Wonderful clean home with many amenities. Well appointed kitchen great for cooking in. Garage made parking easy. Roof terrace was great even in winter with views of downtown Denver. Only shortcoming was no place to hang clothes in either master bedroom suite or 1 of the other 2 bedrooms. Owners, who were super-responsive throughout our 9-day stay, were notified & promised to work on remedying. Overall a wonderful place.

Staying at this special property in Downtown Denver was an exceptional experience, surpassing any other vacation rental we've visited. This place stood out with its remarkable attention to detail. The kitchen and home were fully stocked, not just with essentials but with thoughtful extras that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a range of conveniences like q-tips, cotton swabs, an ample supply of coffee, and even single-use rain jackets - a thoughtful touch for unpredictable weather. The property's location was a major plus, offering easy access and placing us right in the heart of everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver. The home itself was delightful, but what truly set this experience apart were the hosts. They went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, clearly striving to ensure their guests had everything they needed. Their efforts paid off spectacularly for us, making our stay not just comfortable but genuinely memorable.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants/bars. House was clean with great layout and extras from hosts-and kitchen well equipped! Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond-so nice!

We visited Denver for a wedding at The Ramble and couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is exactly as presented and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood in accessing everything we could possibly want. Most other attractions were within a twenty minute ride. We would definitely enjoy this home again on a return visit and recommend it to others. Thank you Shelby and Shaun!

This house was PERFECT! There were 2 couples and one grown daughter in our party. We had so much fun. The location couldn't have been better. We loved the roof top deck. Everything was clean with lots of extras like stocked kitchen, board games, suggestions of things to do, and even a garage!! Very responsive communication. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

What a wonderful vacation we had! Our destination was the KLOVE concert (2 days at Red Rock) and we stayed the week to explore and enjoy! Shaun and Shelby are the BEST hosts! The house had everything - even sunscreen and an umbrella! The house is fully stocked with anything you might need. Close by to restaurants/deli's/shoppes - a quaint neighborhood. LOVE THIS HOUSE! we will be back!

Loved every minute of our stay in Denver! Home was exactly as it was described: very clean and well-appointed. The roof top deck was a great place to unwind at night after along day of hiking or sightseeing. The location of the home was great for everything we needed: restaurants, bars, shopping, baseball. And the garage made it super simple to park on the days we drove to our destinations. Overall 10/10!! We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, in a great location, and convenient. It was nice to have guaranteed parking on site and the rooftop deck was great for adult happy hour! The owners were so helpful and had lots of great recommendations, too. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, and well appointed, and bigger than it looks. Garage was great feature, as well as board games. Towels were newer and soft. Bedding as nice. Neighborhood was good. We had great access to Uber, Lyft, Uber eats, and walking distance to restaurants and dispensary. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vero pizza at the Denver Central Market, as well as the bagels there. The rooftop deck and back deck are wonderful. Communication was good.
The negative is that there was no bar soap in either bathroom so that made it inconvenient because we had to go out and get some. We also ran out of toilet paper, and when I went to buy some, I accidentally bought paper towel, so when we left, we were down to a few sheets on a roll!
While I was quite comfy, my husband who is 6'4" could not find one chair in the house he felt comfortable in. The IKEA chairs, nor the couch was comfortable for him. He tried to sit up in bed to read but that didn't work for him either because it is a temperpedic and he kept sinking in. I personally loved the temperpedic mattress.
Shower in master bedroom was nice, and separated potty is great when you share a bathroom. A very big drawback was poor overhead, dim lighting in the master bath. There was nowhere to put makeup on. I had to use a tiny mirror from my blush compact and hold my face up to the window to get any light on my face.
All in all, I would recommend this place except for what was mentioned.

We really loved our stay here. The neighborhood was fun to walk around in, and the house itself was really nice. There. were so many nice little touches, we really felt at home. The owners were very friendly to communicate with.

This is really a comfortable cute home. I gotta say I really loved the plant over the kitchen cabinet the fireplace and the rooftop. Shelby was a quick to respond with any questions I had. My only suggestion would be the master bathroom needs brighter bulbs over sinks to be able to see better to put make up on at 330am for our super early flight.
Absolutely lovely time and a great place to stay. We would stay again!! Felt like home. Thank you for opening your home to us.

I can see why this property has only received 5 star reviews. Very clean, any amenity we could think of using was there, and we could walk to many options for eating, drinking, or shopping. Owner was very accommodating and very easy to text. Use of a garage was a HUGE plus. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay. The house is in a terrific neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and the mattress was excellent. The root top deck is an added wonderful bonus. We’ll definitely be back.

Can’t say enough good things. Nice, clean, safe, fully stocked, plenty of room, and centrally located. The host were very accommodating my flight was pushed back and they allowed a late check out with no issues. Looking forward to visiting again.

My family and I loved this house. Not only was it close to everything, it had every amenity. The homeowners really went out of there way to provide all the essentials that can really add up when you’re traveling. The rooftop lounge area was so relaxing and many beers were enjoyed after a long day of touring every children's museum in Denver. My 3 and 4 year old kids had plenty of space, the house was super kid friendly and the extra toys were very appreciated. Off street parking in the garage was also a great bonus. There always seemed to be street parking available but it was nice to not need it. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family’s stay for a week in Denver for nieces wedding. All the little comforts of home without feeling like you were staying at someone’s personal house. We are VRBO hosts as well and will use some of the ideas from the owners in our places. Thank you!

We were very impressed with this property. The kitchen in particular was extremely well-stocked with spices, coffee beans and a grinder, butter, cooking oil and even paper plates and plastic cups. We generally have to go out and buy everything on the first day, especially when traveling by air, and then throw it all away but this home had all the basics we needed. The appliances were all relatively new as was the cookware. Everything was impeccably organized - better than my own kitchen! The rooftop deck was very nice with comfy furniture. Access to a garage was a plus. By far the best kitchen setup of any rental in our experience. Highly recommended!
