The property is nice and clean.
The service from thệ security guards who couldn’t Assist me when I couldn’t get hold of the host. They gave me a horrible attitude and I had to go and wait to the garage.
The host I called more than 5 times and she wasn’t picking up. I became stranded and irritated. When thy finally picked up. Two guys were alternating a phone and telling me it’s a wrong number. Then later gave host the phone. That was an hour later trying to get hold of her.
Lastly the TV it wasn’t playing. It had no signal and I called the host…up today I’m still awaiting her to call me back and update me . I called again 3 hours after that she said it’s sorted out but check out time still it wasn’t working.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with great views .Classy touches like disposable cups and plates,full dstv bouquet and toiletries are a welcome bonus.

Its a lovely spacious apartment. Great location. We felt very safe and the area was calm and quiet at night.
It would have helped a lot if we had a remote to be able to exit and enter the parking area at our own convenience. We had to phone security to open the gate for us when we wanted to leave or enter. It wasn’t too much of a hassle as the security was very quick to open the gate for us.

The owner was quick to respond and was able to advise about the nearest entertainment places.
Friendly owner, I highly recommend and I will book again for sure.

I enjoyed the security and the ease of booking. Great balcony and also the unit has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen. The fridge is a good size. Very clean apartment. Apartment also peaceful and quiet. Security is very professional and helpful.

The apartment is clean, modern, spacious, safe and homely. The host was very friendly, helpful, consistently communicating to check if all is fine and all we needed was attended to on time. Everything was in perfect working condition. Parking is very safe. I will highly recommend it and will always book at the sails for all my Durban visits

The cleanness of the property, bathrooms are in good and Morden furnish
The remotes of the Aircons were without batteries, when the dustbin is full you don't have an idea of whet to do with it.

The apartment was perfect, clean and felt like we were home.The beach is a walking distance and other activities are nearby....would gladly recommend it and won't mind coming back

The area was safe and very quiet. Was very happy with security of the place and security staff was super friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book it again.

No free wifi though and the DStv was disconnected before check out time 🙁☹️💔

Absolutely lovely host, the apartment is way better than the pictures, amenities all in order mum wants to go back to the apartment real soon. Will definitely be booking again.

The host was fantastic and checked up on us during our stay. We had everything we needed in the apartment and were offered cleaning services which certainly helped. The apartment has a great location for families wanting to visit uShaka Marine World or surrounding attractions. We will definitely stay again when we visit this area.
Nothing, we were comfortable throughout our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues within the overall property that were being attended to but this did not affect our stay or experience in any way.
