Our stay was great for a group of friends! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together. We absolutely loved the outdoor areas including the added games. Any issues were addressed immediately which we appreciated. While the house needed a few updates, it was clean and totally acceptable for a long vacation. We would definitely return to Casablanca.

I only had a few hiccups but nothing that was address right away. Jacob was very caring and respond right away my only complaint is that even though the property was wonderful to many mosquitoes my poor husband was bitten every where he looks like he had chicken pox’s while cooking on the grill. I feel for the money I pay I expected more updates on this house specially in the kitchen we did what what we had but it could used upgrades your washing machine and dryer very hard to get them to work we had the cloth wash but they did not spin properly or wash. The internet was constantly going out on the tv had to keep programming 5x a day. Your town roads are worse than New York City so many pot hole it was unreal. The ride to get in and out was very frustrating all the time my suggestion get what you need because store are not around the corner. Bed were very comfortable. Bathroom plumbing issues but it was resolved the pool was very good you could use better floats and also some of your air conditioner system should be check. After all is set and done we did have a wonderful time just being together.

This is an awesome place. The owner's representatives are excellent with communication too.

The main reason for the lower rating is because we thought we were renting a house on a beach with beach access. This house is on the WATER. Not the beach. You cannot use a beach normally here, though there is water access if you want to kayak. There were numerous things that were broken during our stay, ranging from a leaking toilet and loose sink handle, to the main AC unit stopping and leaking water all over the floor. These were all reported to the property manager, and I see from other reviews that the broken AC appears to be an ongoing issue. Do they ever fix it? We found nothing wrong with the neighborhood as another reviewer stated. It was fine. Quiet. Overall I feel this house is overpriced for the lack of maintenance, and because the listing is misleading/incorrect regarding being "beach front" - it is not.

Loved the location-easy access to rainforest, San Juan and Ceiba to get flights/ferry to Vieques. Beautiful views and grounds on property. Set up worked well for a large family vacation with space for everyone. Beds and linens very nice and baths updated. We felt very safe and secure-not sure about that one bad review, this was not billed as a 5-star resort. It’s a home on an island and it’s not going to be like staying at a fancy US beach house. You need to realize that this is a different feel being an island that has its challenges. That being said, the owner needs to put some money into some things like paint and small repairs. Just general maintenance items that get beat up being on the water and an island that regularly experiences weather challenges. Equipment in other areas great-extra snorkeling gear, water shoes, floats for pool, beach towels, etc. Great if you don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff or buy when there. Things I wish I had understood: water access is right next to house and you can walk around in there-water shoes helpful-and take out the kayak as well. Wouldn’t say it’s a great place to swim or snorkel-very shallow. Kitchen is decently equipped but large meals are a bit challenging if you are really cooking. If not, all was good. One of the best parts of our experience was the house manager Jacob, and Richard, who came to address repairs. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

The property was beautiful. Me and my family had a great time. The only thing that I did not like about property was the private beach. There was so much seaweed and rocks we could not enjoy the private beach access.

Comfortable, quiet only downfall is no sand beach, everything else exceptional
