Great stay! Very nice, convenient location. Super easy checkin and parking. Condo was as advertised…loved the space! Thanks for providing a “home away from home” for our kids and grandkids.

We had a great stay at this condo. The owners were super helpful leading up to our visit. They found a pair of earrings my wife left behind and even offered to ship them back to me. Thanks!!

I can’t speak more highly of our experience. Beautiful location, great feel and vibe. Supplied as expected and then some! Truly allowed for that home away from home feel. Hosts were excellent and attentive, but not intrusive.
I was truly impressed and humbled by this place and experience. 10/10, worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

We had a girls weekend we my mom myself and my 8 year old daughter. It was late fall so off season, but that made the location key! Short walk to restaurants and shopping and right downtown. The host was great and gave us fun museum recommendations to check out. The place was really cool, two stories with a nook for bunk beds. The beds were cozy and fun views. The roof was fun stars the first night and a sun rise the last morning.

This is a quality apartment located in downtown Grand Haven right in the middle of it all. Excellent furniture and linens, comfortable sofa. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall one of the better places we have stayed

we visited Grand Haven to celebrate our daughter's recent marriage with her husband's family. Our accommodations were the perfect compliment to our celebration. Location was perfect and we had everything we needed in a clean, beautufully furnished condo!

The condo is easy to get to, lots of parking and the garage, a great location walking distance to the river, shops, and restaurants. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for two of us and our toddler. Our host was helpful and easily reachable before and during our stay.

Amazing location across from water and next to downtown. You never have to drive anywhere while there. There is a single drawback and that is since it is so close to downtown and the water it can be loud at times. The Property Manager is top notch. Great communication! Excellent place.

We loved this condo. Plenty of towels and pillows. The location was perfect for enjoying the Coast Guard Festival. You are close to all the activities and can walk to everything. The rooftop was perfect for viewing the fireworks but wish the tables were high tops so we could have seen the musical fountain better.

Beautiful rental in a great location. So close to all of the fun activities! The rental had everything - from kitchen equipment to beach items. Little hiccup at check out on my part and the owner was extremely nice. Don't think you could find a better place with kinder owners in Grand Haven!

Property was clean, updated and as described. Was in the center of everything! You could not get better location if looking to be by shops, restaurants and fountain. No complaints would rent again.

This is a great rental unit for being able to enjoy Grand Haven. We were in town for my annual family reunion. It was great to be able to park our cars and walk to dining and shopping. Also the Boardwalk is always an enjoyable way to get some exercise after all the great food and "sweet treats" (ice cream). The unit is very well maintained. We have other family members who have stayed in the Zephyr building and they also enjoyed it's location. We recommend this unit and will use it again if it is available.

3rd or 4th stay in grand haven and this was the best so far. We had a last minute cancellation and were lucky to book here 2 days before staying. The owner communication was seamless, everything fine during the stay didn’t need any contact until checkout. The location is right downtown, we could walk to everything and we even enjoyed the fountain show from the roof (all 3 nights). The condo was really clean and felt new. We could have definitely fit a family of 5. Maybe we’ll bring our 3 kids next time :)

We stayed awake at this updated lovely condo right in downtown grand Haven steps away from local bars and restaurants. Marina and the water fountain light show. We enjoyed being close to several areas that we drove to Grand Rapids Ludington Muskegon all in all it was a perfect location and a perfect place to stay. The unit had everything that you needed . Even garage parking We would definitely rebook again next year.

The building was in the perfect location for a stroll to the beach or for dining and shopping downtown. Parking was convenient in the lot and secure in the garage below. The view of the channel through the living area window was pleasant throughout the day. Moving suitcases in and out was a breeze with the elevators.

Outstanding Grand Haven Condo
We have been going to Grand Haven every summer for the past 15 years and this condo ranks as one of our favorites. Great location, great layout, nicely updated and very clean, well stocked with basics (paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc.) and having a garage spot was ideal not to just to park but to store our kids bikes. etc. Highly recommend!

In the center of it all
Loved all the windows in the living area. It made the upstairs feel welcoming and large. The bunk beds downstairs were great to provide another sleeping space for a family of 4. Our toddler loved the bunk beds and I loved that an outlet was in each so I could plug in her sound machine. I highly recommend bringing your sound machine if used too or can sleep with one as it can get load. The condo is in great location but with that means you will hear local musicians or people at the bar next door. That would be my only down side is noise but I also have young kids. If my kids were a little older or just my husband and I I would be out with the bands anyway so by 10:30PM ....little later on weekends I would probably not have noticed. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. In all would recommend this property.
