We had a very relaxed week over there! Our highlight: uncomplicated boat renting directly from Trent, found some really nice Spots and Dolphins!!

Excellent vacation. The house is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and there is a convenience store located at the end of the street which was perfect for picking up drinks and cooler ice on the way to the beach. There is a Publix located 1.3 miles down the road which was super convenient for getting food. The beach was super and the house was great. The house was as described. Trent did a great job communicating. We usually stay in a beachfront condo but had more family this year and decided to go with a house. The pool was a terrific add on. I wasn’t sure if we really needed it at first but it was nice to come back and hang out at the pool while dinner was cooking and also to go out and hang out later in the evening. The master bedroom was excellent. All 3 bedrooms had a full bathroom and there was also a half bath off the living room. Beds were nice and I didn’t hear any complaints of sore backs. Plenty of pots, pans, glasses, dishes and utensils for cooking. Everything we needed to feel at home. There is a nice patio of the main level which was covered and had a ceiling fan which was good for relaxing and reading out of the sun or afternoon Florida rains. There are a couple of bikes that we were able to use which was an added feature. I would definitely recommend this rental to others. There were no surprises and Trent was an excellent host. You need to remember to take the trash and recycling to the curb. Trent has nice roller cans that you just need to make sure you put out on the right evenings. I would definitely rent this property again.

This property was well maintained, had anything you would need for a beach trip, and was situated directly on a canal! We had a few things we needed to communicate with the owner about and he was very quick to respond and take care of.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this house. Very clean and updated with plenty of space. Quiet area, quick walk to beach and very short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Very responsive owner, too.

There were 2 couples that stayed in this fabulous retreat. The house was as expected and Trent was helpful in changing one of the beds from a bunk style to a queen for our friends to sleep separate. The downstairs suite was large and very accommodating for me and my husband. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in many nights using the grill downstairs. The pool area was clean and the water temperature was perfect. The pool has a sunbathing ledge and a lounger which was perfect for relaxing. It is just a short walk to the beach and Trent provided all the beach necessities chairs, umbrella, wagon for transporting your gear. The only problem was the traffic going north out of Ft. Myers Beach which added extra time to your trip out for dinner, shopping or exploring. However, we knew about this from the previous year but the location to the beach and the amenities of this property outweighed the traffic, I would definitely recommend this property for couples or a family. Perfect in every way!

We loved this home and location. Short walk to beach. The owner was wonderful and helpful if needed. Home is well equipped for indoor and outdoor fun. The pool is great , only negative for me as I love sun is it gets afternoon sun but it was heated and perfectly maintained. Super easy check in and check out. We would have booked again for next year but someone beat us to it. Lovely home

To start: there is one less than favorable review on this property and we’re convinced it’s a chronic complainer looking for some kind of payoff. There is absolutely nothing you could find to complain about at this home. Trent was fantastic about communication before, during, and after our stay. The home is meticulously maintained and the cleaning crew does a fantastic job. All the beds are very comfortable and the furniture is excellent quality and clearly an investment, not the cheap rental home furniture you often see. The kitchen is very well appointed. We had two families…8 people including adult “kids” and ate many meals in the home. We had every pot, pan, and utensil we could possibly need. Trent advised us that a new high quality knife set was arriving one day, so we washed it and put it to very good use. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach is very quick. The pool is set at a great temp and very well maintained, as well. One thing we also really appreciated is that the thermostat is not forced to stay at or above 74 degrees. We have stayed at other homes where this is the case, and on humid days it’s difficult to keep the air comfortable. We are already planning for our return trip!!!

The house was spacious and clean, with everything you need to go to the beach (which is only about a 2 block walk) to swimming in the pool to paddleboarding and fishing from the dock. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this lovely home!

The house was everything we were looking for. It was clean and spacious and Trent was a great host. Very responsive and helpful during the entire trip.

For anyone wanting to spend time in Fort Myers, this property is the place to stay. It is a gorgeous home with a beautiful pool, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. Trent was very easy to work with and quickly resolved an AC issue we had on the first day. Everything was smooth sailing from there.

Perfect for a friends/family stay. Walking distance to the beach and a well stocked house. Would absolutely recommend.
