お部屋は狭いですが、この料金なら納得です。お風呂も浸かれて良かったです。
ボットのコンセントが台所でないのが残念でした。

La posizione e la disponibilità della lavatrice.
La camera un po' piccola per due persone e le valigie

Had a washer and was in a convenient area.
It wasn’t clean. There were other peoples hair everywhere the bathroom and air conditioner seemed a bit under maintained. The air conditioner mad an annoying noise unless a window was opened. Communication by the host was lacking. The futon were very thin and my primary bed is a futon. The neighbors were noisy at 2-3 am every night.

Location was perfect. A lot of markets and shops around and close to the station.
The freezer was broken. No trash bags to replace after the first is full. No basic seasonings to cook (No salt!). It's also really small and narrow so if you're tall you might be uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay because we were mostly out exploring Tokyo, but next time I'd go for a hotel.
