The kitchen equipment was very up to date, and overall the place was really nice. Then you go outside and that was amazing, the property was beautiful, and having a great park near by was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!!

The Casita was very comfortable and had a rural theme inside. The property is conveniently located minutes from Page Springs if you want to do the wine tours. The owners were very responsive. We had a great time at Christmas visiting family. All in all a wonderful trip. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and perfect size for a couple of people. The grounds were spacious and I had everything I needed. I'd stay here again!

This is a hidden gem! What a fabulous experience we had here. Such a beautiful setting on a beautiful ranch with view of the lake and nature right out your front door. The casita is first-class, very clean, modern, with all the amenities. Simply put, this is a great value for a wonderful stay.

Wanted a change of scenery. We live in a dessert resort type community and this place reminded us of where we grew up. Green with huge trees and animals. Cool enough to sit outside by the pond. Interior space very modern and comfortable.

This is a lovely place with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the location; close to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, and Page Springs, but not in the middle of the busy “touristy” areas. While enjoying a glass of wine on the front porch, we watched a Blue Heron at the pond. It was a relaxing, enjoyable get-away.

This is a very beautiful place, nice and quiet if you want to get away and avoid phone calls when your relaxing. Cottonwood is not far to eat out or get groceries. We enjoy going to antique shops, and sitting at oak creek and enjoying the beauty God has created. Highly recommend this place, casita has all you need.

I especially enjoyed the great bed, extra washcloths, a comfortable reclining chair and a beautiful view out front. Oak creek is a short walk away and the Thursday farmers market is literally next door. It’s a nice hub to enjoy the Page Springs wineries, the Verde Valley train and of course beautiful Sedona is only 20 minutes away.
But mainly, this is the most relaxing place I can remember visiting and I will leave here calm and rested.

We stayed for three nights while hiking and touring nearby Sedona. The place was spacious, modern, quiet and peaceful. The yard and pond were wonderful for our two dogs to explore and to overlook while reading on the front patio. Little to no service for AT&T but the wi-fi worked great. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about our stay.. the place is immaculate and all updated.. perfect peaceful and bonus ranch with horses and cows right next door.. we will return.. short drives to sedona, cottonwood, train ride and monuments..

If you are looking for quiet and relaxing, couldn’t be better. Exactly as advertised. Any shopping you need to do is close by in Cottonwood (10 minutes) Fabulous hiking, sightseeing is also close in pretty much any direction, especially Sedona, 25 minutes away.

Peaceful Retreat
Great location for a relaxing break. It’s quiet, peaceful and lots of space to roam around. The house is well stocked and looks just like the photos. We went up with our two boys, age 7 and 8, and they had a blast. We played soccer, threw the football around and they climbed the big trees. The property is near Paige Springs wineries and 10 minutes from Cottonwood. Something for everyone.

Designer stay!
We loved our stay! Beautiful thoughtful touches with designer decor. Bed was super comfortable. All upgraded. Great wifi for working. Huge washer and dryer. Gorgeous countertops. And massive flat screen tv. Everything we needed for a peaceful and welcoming stay.

Great location
I stayed here while doing a 3 day mountain bike trip in Sedona. I was able to reach trails in West Sedona in about 20 minutes through Page Springs road and Village of Oak Creek trails through Beaverhead Flats road in the same amount of time. This was a huge plus for me as I was able to avoid driving through the busier part of Sedona during busier weekend traffic times. An added plus was the close proximity to the wine tasting rooms off Page Springs. I was able to frequent them after long days on the trails. The casita is also about 10 minutes from Cottonwood where I went to stock up on groceries. I usually stay in Sedona resulting in a higher expense over all. Not only was it more cost effective for me to stay here, but it was more relaxing and enjoyable to leave the more touristy hustle and bustle to a quiet retreat where I was able to kick my feet up and see the stars at night. Lastly, I stayed in mid November. This resulted in some killer fall colors and perfect hiking/biking weather. Oak Creek and it’s tree line is visible from the property....such a great location!
