My towels were stained, and the restaurant didn’t serve dinner, you have to take a taxi to find good places to eat nearby

I really appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the staff. They were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi or walk a long distance every day. For adults, the walk along the beach to downtown is very pleasant, but it is difficult for small children. Taxis are generally not expensive; however, some drivers quoted very high prices. In a few cases, we were charged up to 500,000 VND for only 1.5–2 km. Fortunately, the hotel assisted us in finding a trustworthy and professional driver from their own network. He was very kind, supportive, and offered a fair price, which we truly appreciated. Also Swimming pool needs some maintenance, considering the safety, especially for the children. The pool floor was sharp and slippery, which could easily cause injuries. Unfortunately, my son cut his toe due to the sharp surface of the pool floor.

We had a family room so had two adjoining rooms together. Was a great space. The ocean view rooms are a must and the view is incredible. The pool are is very nice as well with s great steam room.

The breakfast is not really geared for westerners. The food looked great but was more of a selection for Asian. Didn’t really have anything for us so we went to a coffee shop down the road for coffee and croissant or our breakfast. The only thing we found at the hotel was eggs and some fruit.

Uninventive, uninteresting breakfast buffet. But the main issue is the single glazing - beach noise starts early in Nha Trang, heavy bass from huge speakers, and goes on all day and night, and literally shakes the windows, especially from the event space across the road. Nha Trang generally is overcrowded, tacky and loud.
