Very nice renovated house, all amenities were present.

Great location and size of the house and the rooms.
The bed was to small, solution would be to get rid of the wooden board at the end of the bed.
We were there during high temperatures, maybe an idea to install air conditioning.

We selected this one for a visit to PhantasiaLand. Excellent location but also near a good bakkery (400 -500 mtrs) and good restaurant(s) within walking distance. Also Brühl center us worth a visit and just a few minutes drive away.
Regarding the house.... lots of space, easy to find, easy parking, clean, and rather new renovated (as described in the advert).
Water in the shower did not drain quickly but we informed the owner and we're sure tbey will check on this small inconvenience.
