The room was so clean! It was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will book there again.

I liked that it was quaint and quiet. We had a lovely & comfortable cabin that also had a front porch with chairs. It was better than expected!

Old-style "authentic" motel, perfect place to live the old American dream of traveling on the road. Convenient location on the way to North (Canada). I much enjoyed the retro-style with the needed modern touch. Every cabin has a parking spot just up in front.
Definitely not a luxury place, old bed sheets, cabin not heated as we entered (heating is indeed provided)

The location to the ferry was good.
The room smelled musty. Curtains on the window did not block out the lights of cars driving by or turning into the lot.
Conversations from outside were clearly heard in the room.

Location was great. Liked the brochures in the office. You could get small discounts on ferries to island
The lights in our room were not working. By the time I find out the staffs were gone. No one responded. We had to stay in dark.

Owners very friendly. Went out of thier way to accommodate. Have allergies to cleaners and fumes and room was well aired out for me when I got there. Bring your own hair dryer. Room updated but not the bathroom. Furnace had weird smell. Very very clean. Right across the street from the action.

while it was older and not with all the luxuries of higher end, it was very clean and everything worked as it should and I loved each room having its own parking spot and the other people staying there were nice and friendly. and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening in the provided chairs. the shower was amazing with great hot water and water pressure

The room, #3, had a slightly musty? smell. Not overwhelming, but noticeable.

could have used more plug ins and the tilet could be upgraded to a handi-cap didn't bother me first time around but as i have gotten older would prefer a higher stool.
