This VRBO was perfect location for going to a football or baseball game. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the stadiums. The parking spot was a definite plus as well.

Fantastic little house in an ideal location. We walked nearly everywhere on our itinerary- Inner Harbor to Camden Yards. House was clean and ready for us and we were so at home. Bring your own coffee and sugar- amenities do not include any special culinary touches. But 2 kinds of coffee pots provided with a limited selection of dishes. Other than limited kitchen, house is pretty darn comfy!

We had a great stay in this Baltimore row house. Property was exactly as presented in the listing. We visited a few of the local establishments that are a quick walk 'down the block'. Both stadiums are just a few minutes away by car. Walkable for some. The off street parking is a big plus; though I wouldn't bring a vehicle over 200" in length. It's a little tight in the the ally behind the block. Communications and written instructions were excellent, Loree is great host. We had a few issues with the internet but that's on the ISP, not the host. Cannot recommend this property enough.

This 2 BR townhouse/brownstone is exactly as advertised - no surprises. Clean and comfortable accommodation for our party of three - bed and bath upstairs for my wife and myself, bed and bath at basement level for our adult son, ground level floor between the two has kitchen and living room. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to a variety of establishments for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. Lovely little park just a couple of blocks away. Riverside is a safe area of Baltimore, close to Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. Loree, the owner, is an excellent communicator who responded quickly to any question or comment. We would definitely stay there again.

A very cute house very close to downtown and the inner harbor. Neighborhood nice and quiet, close to a pretty park. The house has a lot of stairs so probably not recommended for folks who have mobility issues. Otherwise, a clean pleasant property. Would recommend.

The home was centrally located and walkable to many sites; we were in town to see a ballgame. The home was comfortable and the host was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This house is adorable and has everything you needs. Be forewarned that the parking is… tight. And the second bathroom is tiny. But they have made great use of the space that is available. There are no doors for the bedrooms as they are separated by levels (one upstairs and one downstairs) so don’t expect privacy. But the home is well kept and nicely decorated to make you feel welcome. Definitely would stay again.

This property was perfect for the purpose of our visit. What you see is what you get with this property, and Loree the owner was great at clearly communicating throughout our whole stay.
In terms of location, you can’t find a better neighborhood! Quiet and cute street, but just steps away from all of the fun on the main drag of Federal Hill area. Would definitely recommend this vrbo.

I would return to this property in a heartbeat. It is immaculate and very conveniently laid out. I appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood especially at night. Walking distance to excellent restaurants as well. When returning to Baltimore I will look no further!

This charming row house was perfect for 4 visiting for Notre Dame :Navy game. Easy walk to stadium, Federal Hill, Light Street and restaurants on Harbour. The house has everything you need to ensure a fantastic visit. Hosts were wonderful to work with. Will stay again when we return .

The property is perfect for 3-4 people to stay. 2 bedrooms with 2 separate showers was perfect for us. It was small, but really cute... that's city living! The neighborhood was nice and there is a beautiful small park practically across the street. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

This property was a great staging point for a wedding in the area, Inner Harbor activities, and cool shops/restaurants. Staying her provided great access for the short stay in Baltimore.

Great Baltimore Location
This was our second stay at Riverside, and we enjoyed it just as much as during our stay last summer. This is a great location. The communication with the homeowner is excellent. We'll definitely stay there again.

Very safe and nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Very easy check-in procedure and great communication with the owners.

Loree, our host, went above and beyond for us with recommendations for breakfast, dinner, and cozy coffee shops. We did not use the kitchen except to boil water in a sauce pan for tea, and reheat leftovers but there seemed to be plenty of equipment if someone wanted to cook. Having a parking space was fabulous, and we walked to most of our adventures. Thank you so much!

Fabulous Federal Hill Find!
This property couldn't have been more perfect for our weekend getaway in Baltimore. The property was clean, cozy and met all of our needs. Amazing location, convenient to EVERYTHING! Our host was top notch with all communication, check in and check out. It was a pleasure renting from her and we are sure to return on a future visit!

My friends and I had originally planned to be in town for a concert, but when the concert was cancelled we decided to make the best of it and we had a great time.
The house was perfect for the four of us. It had everything we needed to spend some time with friends and tour the city. There are quite a few bars within walking distance and rental scooters available everywhere if you want to go a little further. The grocery store and liquor story are also close, but easier if you have a vehicle. Loree recommend a few local places during our stay for some live music and football. Don't Know Tavern and City Limits were our favorites.
The only thing we wish we would have packed were some camp chairs so we could enjoy the weather from the back deck.
If the concert is ever rescheduled or I find myself back in Baltimore, I'll be sure to stay here again.

Federal Hill Property
Unfortunately, we were unable to utilize the property for the month we had rented it since my spouse had unplanned back surgery and was unable to navigate stairs. The owners made a quick attempt to re-book the property to minimize our loss. Loree was wonderful to deal with both prior to our stay, when we had several questions, and after our stay to see how we were doing. We live in the area but were planning on staying here while our condo was being renovated. We were looking forward to exploring the neighborhood from a new vantage point.

Perfect Pre-Wedding Pad
A couple of my Groomsmen and I stayed here the night before my wedding. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and organized, and Loree was very responsive with communication. The location is great, and the off-street parking space is an added bonus. I would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for a weekend getaway in South Baltimore!
