Annual family ski trip - us plus our 4 adult children (and some plus ones). 3 bedrooms with queen or king beds is critical for us plus a room for our singles to share was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and other appliances. An awesome spot and we would definitely stay here again!!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want the price to go up and I want this property to be available next time I’m ready for a vacation! It was perfect in every way - affordable, well kept, well-stocked with supplies, lots of space, comfortable, private, easy. And the hot tub with a view, surrounded by aspens is unbeatable! Plus having the staff available via text to help with anything we needed was amazing.

The property is absolutely beautiful. As cleanliness goes, it was immaculate. The furnishings were cozy and very comfortable. I don’t think there was anything you could want in the kitchen. It was beyond stocked with cookware, appliances and dishes and utensils.
We live in the East and were visiting our daughter’s family in Denver. We spent most of our time at the house. The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck and cooking on the gas grill. The hot tub was a big hit. I appreciated the outdoor furniture.
My husband and I are in our 70’s appreciated the spacious bedroom and walk in shower on the first floor. It was great having all we needed on the first floor.
We did have a minor plumbing issue. The response was immediate, but unfortunately the part could not be secured during our stay.
I would highly recommend this clean, well equipped and comfortable property.

We needed a few things like salt. We needed the toilet repaired but they had someone there the next morning. Comfortable kitchen-dining-family room area with an open concept. Good for visiting.

This house was the perfect location for us. We skied at Breckenridge. There were kids and grandparents. The master bedroom/bathroom and laundry downstairs was so great for our group. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Main complaints- we just never got it to cool down upstairs- haha! The hot tub, double garage and location were just simply perfect! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely property!

Absolutely ideal. Our family stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. We were a few minutes away from downtown Breckenridge, frisco adventure park and good times adventures for all our activities. The townhouse itself has plenty of room and bathrooms for the family. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the mountains. It is very clean and the staff are very punctual. They sent over a maintenance crew immediately when the fireplace had a small problem due to the wind. Was fixed in 10-15 minutes. We’re already talking about coming back out next year.

Loved our stay at this VRBO! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, loved the HOA shuttle with our driver Bob! HOA shuttle was much nicer and more convenient then the Breckenridge free shuttle. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this VRBO! It had great amenities, the shuttle service was perfect for getting to and from the mountain. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hot tub was so relaxing, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beds were really comfortable as well! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels, and the hot tub was fantastic. We liked the location: not far from Main Street Breckenridge and Frisco was nearby too.

This property is so spacious and in excellent condition. Everything seems new. Appliances, utensils, beds, and all seem new as if we were the first ones to use. It is very clean and well kept rental. It is just as advertised. Excellent condition. My family and I enjoyed being in this property so much. I wish it was a little closer to Breck town because it was a bit of a drive. It's closer to Frisco than Breck, but there is nothing much in Frisco. We prefer Breckenridge. But other than that, this property is amazing and quiet. If you are looking for party going property, then this is not it. This property is more family gathering and quiet neighborhood walking town.

We had a wonderful time staying in this rental with family from FL, Utah and CO. We were here for a nephew's wedding. The location was perfect for everything: close to family; perfect distance from activities in Frisco, shopping in Breckenridge, and all activities: golf, bike path, hiking etc. The place was clean, well stocked and management responded to all questions quickly. It was different for me to write questions to a text number, not knowing if it was management or owners. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

This house had everything we needed. It's a perfect space for the amount of people it will fit. The only issues we had were that the hot tub felt WAY hotter than it said. We had to wait a couple days so the temperature would go down for us to get in. And the exterior lights weren't working. They did finally come the 2nd day we were there to fix them but the back porch light didn't work still. By the end of our stay, the light still hadn't been fixed. We didn't get in the hot tub much so it wasn't a big deal but we had to use our phone flashlights to see when we went out back. But other than that, it was a clean house and comfortable place to be. It's also convenient because its right off the main road and 5 minutes from the downtown area where all the shops are. We had a great time on our vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in December! The home was spacious, had plenty of necessities in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were set up nicely. It was nice to come in after a fun day of skiing and all cozy up in front of the fireplace on the big couch! We had a problem getting the fireplace working but after a couple of tries, someone came out and fixed it right up for us! The location was great to head back into town for dinner! The only negative I can think of is we didn't get any snow while we were there! We look forward to coming back and staying again one day!

There are 3.5 baths, not 4. You have to dig a bit in the details to see that. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed by the property management very promptly. The space itself is nice and the beds were comfortable. The sofa is not comfortable at all and really needs to be upgraded. Simple check-in process with great communication. Overall, we’d stay again.

This was a steal, the property was amazing and experience was even better. Big comfy beds, enough space to fit all of the people that stayed. Great kitchen and living area and the best part was the hot tub outside.

Good location with a few problems.
The house was a decent size for 10 people, unfortunately the master bathroom upstairs wasn't clean, especially around the toilet area, and the heating in the master down stairs did not keep to work, luckily there was a space heater that was plugged in an used in this room. The listing is accurate when it states that you have to bring everything, there wasn't even salt. Fire place also didn't work. Propane tank in the grill was empty. Back deck was covered in a huge layer of ice, luckily the walk way in the front was in much better condition. 10 mins to Breckinridge town ski lift.
