We booked this home so we could all stay together during our time in Dallas. It was perfect - the neighborhood is very nice and quiet with easy street parking. The home is all one story with hardwood floors which was excellent for my parents who have some mobility issues. Having 5 bedrooms allowed everyone to have privacy while having the large dining table, living room area and outside patio for gathering together. We were able to walk to a Starbucks in the morning and in the afternoon/evenings there are plenty of local restaurants to eat at and grocery stores to stock up for dinners at "home". We would absolutely stay here again!

My grown children and grandchildren traveled with me to spend time in Dallas with family that resides there in the area. The house had a great location for us, and a floor plan that worked.
Unfortunately, the furniture is both worn and broken down. The house itself was not clean upon arrival. My daughter checked under the bed for shoes, to find trash, cobwebs, and years of accumulated dust.
I will note, that we were accommodated for both an early check-in and late departure for additional fees.

Highly recommend. Very clean, great location, spacious and nice outdoor area. It was perfect for my group of 6. Property managers were very accommodating to our early arrival and late departure. We would stay here again.

Everything is fine house clean, enough room for all adults that was in my family. The only thing wrong was that there was not a air mattress in the house. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it but other than that it was great.

Property itself was nice and as advertised. Property management was nickel and diming us for early check in or check out, along with sending messages during our stay for chores both inside and outside that needed to be done(one request was to go in the backyard and open their water reservior during a thunderstorm). For the price the stay was okay, but i would look elsewhere if going back to dallas

Do not stay at this property if you need to sleep at night. The ring alarm system chimed every 20 -30 minutes during the night for 2 of the 3 nights of our stay and we were up all night. The made no effort to fix this until after we left. Also the house was 90 degrees inside when we checked in and took about 6 hours to cool down.

Thank you for a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and great location. We had issue (our fault) with keypad and got locked out. With one phone call it was resolved in minutes. Loved that everything was labeled in the house. Thank you again

My family had a family reunion and this was the PERFECT location! For those who know Dallas, it is between Beltline and Arapaho and Preston and Hillcrest. A nice quiet neighborhood.
It is a 5 bedroom house.
Two rooms have their bathrooms and the other three are
in a hall with a convenient lovely bathroom.
Every room has a nice comfortable queen or king bed.
There is a wonderful covered patio that we used visiting our
family.
It has a wonderful dining room with a large table for 10 or
more and plates and silverware to that many also.
The kitchen is equipped for almost any cooking that needs to
be done.
A great family room that my large family used to hang out in
until their flights left for home.
There are two playgrounds a mile from the house for the kids
to run around.
All in all, we loved this property and look forward to coming back to visit family.

This property was in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was very comfortable housed 10 of us with no issues, had everything that we needed and was fairly close to all the places we wanted to visit while we stated Dallas.

This property is very roomy for families. The location is in a very lovely area, and plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The host was prompt with responding to us if we need information. Overall very pleased, which made our Christmas gathering great!

We booked this property for a family sports trip Cowboys Rangers and FC Dallas. The house was great with plenty of room for 8 adults. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a walking path nearby. It is in a convenient location to downtown and sports arenas. Highly recommend.

This house was amazing and had plenty of space (and more!) for our family. We love this neighborhood. It’s so peaceful and kid-friendly with lots of parks nearby (one is walking distance). The kitchen stocks were a bit skimpy, so we had to improvise some. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
