Great venue in a bright, spacious, and private location. Would definitely recommend to friends. Close to multiple restaurants/bars and shopping! Thanks!!

Owner kept in communication with me a week prior to our trip and even made sure that we were all set for our late arrival. We were very happy when we arrived and found such a spacious space, with everything that you would need. Two large living areas, patios around the entire villa, 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds, plenty of storage space & shelves. Quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the beach and local restaurants. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay tremendously. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. I'm sure we will return. Great owners and property!

Stay away, you will waste your money for a location which it doesn’t worth it! The pictures from VRBO it does not have nothing to do with what you will find in that location! Everything is old and rust! The furniture is old and full of pet hair, the mattress in bedroom is so firm and you will feel like you have slept on the sidewalk! In last day the AC unit have some problems, we set the temperature for 69 degrees but it can barely rich 73 ! When we wanna do a barbecue the propane tank from outside grill it was empty and I have to go to ACE Hardware to buy another one, I’ve try to call Danielle couple times in last day of our stay when we have the AC and Grill problems but she didn’t answer! She replied back after couple hours with a text message and she told me if we still have problems with AC unit we can use a fan which is located in laundry room! Really, I’ve payed over 400$ a night with all taxes included to use a fan instead a AC! Common! Stay away folks, save your money

I was a bit skeptical about booking because there were not many reviews when I checked this place out. I decided to go for it as it was just me and a few friends visiting for my birthday. I am so glad I did. The house was spotless, and exactly as pictured. Beds and pillows were super comfy. There is a ton of common area space, so if you travel with a group, there is plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. My only suggestion is to offer hand towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. The only "problem" we encountered was the outlet in the main bathroom didn't work - it didn't affect us because we had such a small group; there were plenty of outlets and mirrors elsewhere. 5-7 minute walk to the main city area and beach. Wagon, beach chairs and beach towels were provided. If you're on the fence...don't hesitate to book Villas at Sea Grape! You seriously will not be disappointed!

The rental worked out great for our family of myself, my wife, and our dog. The house had everything we needed and looked in good shape. Was walkable to beach and restaurants and easy drives to anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend.
