Fantastic location, steps to the beach, restaurants, boat rentals and shops. 10 min walk to tennis courts. If you want to bike to the lighthouse, make sure it’s an E bike! Well worth it!!!!! La Para restaurant a must!!!

Great location and great accommodation beach just across the road. But this property is expensive and the stay was marred by some silly faults that could be easily fixed ie no instruction booklets for anything even if in spanish we all have google translate I had to find the electrical cupboard to correct a jumper on the air condition that had tripped. The sink plug in the bathroom did not work so you could not fill the sink. Despite a picture showing some reclining chairs on the website there was nothing there so we could not relax on the terrace. There was also no parasol so no shade during a hot day unless you crept into the sace shaded by the tree. We also had problems opening the patio door which was fixed I think. The other patio door could not be used because the external blinds were broken and they blocked that exit Great place to stay but for the price these faults should be corrected. Gary

A lovely apartment for four people. On the front beautifully bright wonderful location. Beach across the road Loved watching the boats and sun rising on the large balcony every morning. Very quiet but walking distance to the square with lovely restaurants . I have been going to pp 54 years and would definitely recommend this apartment.

My husband, 2-year-old daughter and I had a great week in this apartment. The view of the beach is the real star of the show and we enjoyed lunches and sunbathing on the spacious terrace. The whole apartment felt spacious for us and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was so easy to walk to the beach, playground, shops and restaurants and the lift was useful as we had a pram. Josep was a great host. So quick to respond to any queries! Some small things - it would have been nice to have loo roll provided for the whole stay and to have body wash, shampoo and washing up liquid, but we were able to buy these easily. Also, the child’s bedroom could do with a curtain at the window. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment!

Very well located apartment with a stunning view

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Literally on the beach - utterly perfect for a family (we have a 4 and 20 month old) as the flat is long so no noise in the bedrooms. Great communication from Josep at all times.We didn’t want to leave and will be back - we were at the playground every morning at 8am and loved the location!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a great location in the heart of Port de Pollenca! Fully equipped kitchen, awesome terrace and overall spacious and clean appartment. Even great with small children. Josep was a wonderful host, providing very quick and friendly communication and helped us even with some special requests!

Very easy check-in. Very Clean apartment. Got everything you need. The location is amazing. Can't fault it.
