Perfect house for a family of 5. Very nicely decorated and kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful wrap around porch we thoroughly enjoyed using. Owners were fantastic and attentive to any questions. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 teens. It is located on a quiet street within walking distance to Morning Glory Farm. It was only a short drive into town and to the beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent this property again.

Cute house, nice outside spaces. Well furnished kitchen, comfy family room. Easy walk/ride to Morning Glory Farm or Edgartown.

I stayed with a group of 5 friends at this property for a birthday week celebration. The property is as listed, looks just like the photos and is in a beautiful, large and private location (it's by the airport so will need a car if you're staying here). Marc (the owner) was responsive from day one and throughout our time at the property. He made himself available for us throughout our stay (not needed because the home was immaculate upon arrival and directions for the home were precise and very helpful). Linens were included with the rental but bath towels were not (there were some beach towels in the basement but you should bring your own). Beach chairs, umbrella and beach games, etc. were also located in the basement. The owners have a really nice book collection and a wonderful place on the third floor to just relax and read (or watch tv or work if that's you're thing). The air is central and a very nice touch as they place stayed comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a secluded getaway and beautiful neighborhood (approximately 8-10 minute drive to downtown Edgartown or Stop and Shop and 15 minutes to State Beach and Oak Bluffs ferry). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! The location was perfect for us... close to charming Edgartown but tucked in the woods on a beautiful quite gravel road with South beach an easy drive with easy parking (even in August). The house was modern and charming and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly loved walking Pennywise Path to Morning Glory Farm in the mornings. Marc was very responsive and a great host... we hope to return!

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed property in immaculate condition. The art, furnishings, fixtures and little touches created a boutique hotel type of feel. While the living area looked a little tight for our family of 5 (3 teens & 2 adults), the space is so well designed, that it lived larger. This is all around a lovely property, and Marc, (one of the homeowner’s) was extremely easy to work with and responsive. We definitely recommend this property.

We first fell in love with the Farmer's porch looking at the on line listing. And the house itself was just as lovely. Everything we wanted and needed was there. The location was the best. And after 53 years of vacationing on the Vinyard this was just the perfect place. And the owners and VRBO so easy to work with. Very happy!

Property had everything we needed for a family of five - clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all of the essentials. Perfect location for any activity the family desires. Most, if not all, are accessible via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood, so able to get away but still be very much within reach of all that the island has to offer. Owners were super helpful and easily accessible if needed. Great stay all the way around.

The house is spacious and wonderfully appointed in a modern feel. It looks like it was renovated just this year -- very sharp! Plenty of space for 2 couples, another adult, and a toddler. Very close to the bike path.

The house was larger than it looked in the photos and comfortably accommodated my family of six adults and one child. We loved the wide wrap-around porch with rocking chairs. The owner lives next door and was very responsive. We look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend this home for your Vineyard vacation.

Great for morning coffee, afternoon wine & cheese and evening board games :) We loved the MV themed island and whale decor and everything about this home! Great location to Edgartown for dinner/shopping- we also conveniently rode the bike path in for after-dinner ice cream and felt very safe, also did not have to deal with parking. Great location to beaches and other routes for exploring/cycling as well. Home was well equipped- made everything from pancake breakfast;s protein shakes to dinner on the grill. Outdoor shower was much appreciated after after the beach, too. Check-in and out process was very easy. Would highly recommend! We cannot wait to come back!

The home is adorable!! Modern decor but MV authentic decor and the owners thought of EVERYTHING you would need to be comfy and cozy in this house! They really maximized the space and made use of every room. We wanted for nothing in which is important to us as we love to cook! All the right cookware and utensils for making small meals and big one like our famous clams (scratched ourselves in cape poge) and linguine! We will definitely rent again!

This house was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Bedrooms on the small side, but large living & dining areas ( & breezy wraparound porch) more than make up for that. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect vacation property for a family with 5 to 7 members. Although small it’s a very cute home and beautifully maintained.

We loved staying in this very cute home! The wrap around porch with rockers, outdoor shower, amenities and comfortable beds were enjoyed by all. The location was minutes to Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown. The communication with the owners was very easy and prompt. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Everything about our experience was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean and everything in it was brand new. The wrap around porch was the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night! One of our favorite vacations ever.

This is a house that got it right. It's a relatively small footprint, but sleeps 10. It has a wonderful large dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room area. The kitchen is a little small (probably not an issue for most people), but since we mostly ate in due to several dietary restrictions, we could have used a little more counter space. We made it work and would definitely rent here again. The bedrooms are all large enough to be comfortable and the bathrooms are stellar.
