We came in for a weekend festival. Our original house was unexpectedly unavailable and we had to scramble 3 days prior to find another location. We were really happy to find this house! Rental group was very good about answering my email for an early entry and excellent about keeping us updated on check in. The house itself was great. Room for everyone! Loved the added security on the gated parking!

With less than 24 hours first VRBO we had booked since November contacted us and said it was no longer available. After widening our search we found this house. While it was in the city and we were visiting South 25 miles we booked. We were glad we did. House was well stocked, newly renovated and accessible to highway. Having a locked private parking lot was a plus! Great experience for us and thanks for saving our trip

This property is well laid out and accommodates a large group comfortably. If you like to cook, the kitchen will meet your needs as it has most of the pots/pans/utensils you'll need. TVs in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. Secure gated parking is a plus. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby. Grocery store and drug store adjacent to property were an added convenience. No issues, would recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend in Sacramento visiting the sights and attending a family graduation. The property was really good for the family. We enjoyed the beautiful trees and outside area of the house, there was ample parking and the accommodations were just what we needed. Thank you so much for sharing this property with us!
