2nd time staying at property, had a wonderful time but it can use some new furniture, linens etc. It also could have been cleaner there were ants on countertop and 1 couple said they had bites from their bed. We loved the pool and pool area

The home was much bigger than the pics present. It truly needs a good cleaning and outdoor maintenence. There was zero communication from the host other than requesting payment. Upon arrival, (which was after 4 pm) I could not get in touch with the host to get the entrance information. I had to call VRBO and almost had to change properties. After 2 hours on the phone with VRBO, we finally received a code. Completely stressful since we traveled to stay here. The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not heat up the back patio doors need maintenence. It is a beautiful property, just needs a little more TLC.

Overall, this was a great property for our needs. There were a few hiccups that slightly marred the experience. One AC unit wasn't working and took 24 hours to be fixed, resulting in warm sleeping conditions and the pool and grill were a little dirty relative to expectations. Overall, happy outside of the AC issue and would come back.

The house was beautiful and the accommodations were as described. The kitchen and linen closets were well stocked. We spent 7 days at this property and truly enjoyed the pool and boat dock with easy access to the waterways. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the property. This was a great rental. It worked very well for six adults and two teens. We were so saddened to see a lot of the devastation in the area due to the hurricane, but we were able to do everything we were hoping for. We enjoyed this rental rental very much!

We had a great stay, the pool was the definite highlight. The house is spacious with plenty of options for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the garage with ping pong, bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs. Also plenty of towels! Will definitely keep it as a future option.

House was very much as listed. I was so happy that there was very minimal hurricane damage and we were able to enjoy thanksgiving week poolside. There was plenty of room for nine of us. The bonus room with Murphy bed quickly became the tweens hangout and favorite spot for wii sports. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Our only disappointment was that the propane tank for the grill was empty. Had to make a trip for fuel so we could grill dinner our first night. Communication with property managers was good. Pam was so very pleasant to work with. The reason I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness is not so much that it wasn’t clean as the property is showing it’s age. Time for a little TLC and updating. But overall very comfortable and I would recommend it.

Unfortunately this property was damaged by the hurricane. That’s not the problem, the lack of communication by the owner and what happens next is the problem. I tried to confirm a future date or a refund to no avail

We had the best time! We stayed the week of Sept 7th 2022 and weather was not the greatest it rained a lot, but we didn't let that stop us. The house was beautiful we loved having coffee on the veranda in the morning. The pool was our favorite spot to be all day long. The only thing that I could say would be a plus is some upgrading on beds. The bedrooms were big enough to have King beds instead of queen it would have made for a better nights sleep. Overall everything was perfect.

Beautiful home
House was beyond what we expected. Gorgeous home ,perfectly situated with no neighbors to worry about great location to beaches, will definitely come back. Nothing needed to bring except for food and clothes, everything was provided.

Long boat ride to river/bay. 45 minutes and then no wake in bay for manatees. Over an hour to get to no wake zone.

I love this location. I will never go to any other location than Skyline in Cape Coral. It's so clean and relaxing and you really just don't want to leave the home and go anywhere. It's in the perfect location for grocery stores and all vendors that you may need. The canal that runs behind the home is just serene and comforting for the mind and soul. The stay here is PRICELESS!!!!

Mind-blowing
I love this location. I will never go to any other location than Skyline in Cape Coral. It's so clean and relaxing and you really just don't want to leave the home and go anywhere. It's in the perfect location for grocery stores and all vendors that you may need. The canal that runs behind the home is just serene and comforting for the mind and soul. The stay here is PRICELESS!!!!

Loved this property! Beautiful and nice location. The pool was nice and clean. The check in/out is just okay. Property owners come to check you out and required to be there when you check in. Also paying extra money for the electric you used during your stay seemed different to me. But overall great place! Would stay here again.

We loved it
The pool during the day and the spa at night was perfect. One evening the spa heat wouldn't turn on, the next day it was fixed. We caught Mangrove snapper every day in the canal, and also had a manatee in the canal. We rented a boat for 3 days and it's only 20 minutes to get out of the canals, but we really enjoyed looking at the houses and boats on the way. Could have been a little cleaner but not bad, I definitely recommend this property

Beautiful property but I’ve done VRBO on my last 4 vacations and never had added fees like electricity or more money for more guests. If you advertise sleeps 12 and the charge more after 4 people is kinda of tacky

The property manager accommodated our request for an early check in which we really appreciated since we had to make multiple trips to RSW. The property worked well for our group. Lots of space. Overall this property could use some general maintenance and updating. The sleeper sofas were quite worn and some of the flooring was obviously glued down. You can’t open the living room doors out to the lanai. The patio furniture is in really bad shape. I had to buy some spray because there were tiny ants but that’s expected in Florida. The pool was very nice. For the price we paid we were satisfied. Make sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper especially if you have a large group.
