It was just spectacular, the view , location, and the decor and amenities were top shelf, owner was very gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was exactly has pictured inside and out. We were close to my Brothers place where the reunion was held, and also enjoyed the beach and Resteraunts, the kitchen was so fantastic it was easy to talk the ladies into cooking some

Plenty of room for 6 adults, very clean and loved being on the intracoastal.

Our large family of 9 comfortably stayed here! Well stocked, centrally located. We would stay here again!

We were a family of 10 ranging in age from 2 to 70. The house had plenty of sleeping space, parking, dining area and areas to hang out. The patios were my favorite places to sit with a cup of coffee. It overlooms a large channel that converges with the intercoastal waterway. There are lots of amenities including plenty of parking and machines to do laundry. There are 2 flights of stairs to maneuver which was a bit challenging for the elders but we managed. The property managers were easy to work with and very accommodating.

It was perfect. Great toys for young and old. Kayaking was great and the wagon for the 3 year old was a must for the beach. Beautiful family and kitchen area. We have lots of good cooks.

What an absolute perfect place. Much more space than we needed, but just perfect. The house, furnishings, supplies, location, location, location. Thank you so much for providing a relaxing place.

House was great, clean and perfectly located. We fished and kayaked out the back, and walked to the beach. Wasn't too busy or touristy, so it was really nice.

The home was perfect. The views out the back are beautiful. We saw dolphins & sting rays . We were able to use 2 of the kayaks, life-vests were provided which was perfect. I can’t say enough about the kitchen… oh the range. I was able to get in a couple morning runs through the neighborhood which was really nice. There’s a nature preserve a couple blocks over. There’s a wagon, coolers and even beach chairs provided which was great because we didn’t have to bring all that extra stuff. And about a 12 minute walk to the beach. Over all a wonderful place to vacation at. The owner was quick to respond to all my 1000questions prior to arrival.

Home was a frozen winter land, so we made plans to enjoy warmer weather in Indian Rocks Beach. With 2 families and a few other college spring breakers in the lovey and nicely appointed home was perfect. Check-in was extremely easy, the host very responsive. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and gather together. The home was clean and well maintained, with a GREAT kitchen. One of us was a culinary graduate, and she loved the extra kitchen sink along with the workspace! There was so many items available for beach days, and they used quite a few items. We had 3 vehicles between us, and they all fit in the driveway. Definitely a very pleasant stay!

Great location and beautiful house.

The house is simple, spacious and clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins or take a short walk to the beach. We all had a great time.

The house is spacious and extremely comfy. It's 'homey' while feeling elegant and modern. Every single one of us is wowed by our stay. The hosts have tons of beach and water toys such as boogie boards, umbrellas, kayaks, toys for the kids, and wagons to take everything in. I kayaked over to the nearby mangroves and saw a roseate spoonbill!! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful; the house is a 10 minute walk to the beach. I loved Indian Rocks and much prefer the small town vibe vs. monsters like Clearwater, where we were also considering renting a vacation home. I'm so glad we landed in this house :) Communication with our hosts was prompt and super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our experience and can't wait to go back.

Nice property, nice location. If those are sufficient criteria for your stay then this is your place. Our experience proved otherwise:: * for multiple months prior to reservation I tried to get in touch via multiple methods with the listed owner Eric, who lives out of state, does not retain any local property management, was laughably non-responsive both pre-trip and when things started going wrong on during trip; * Arrived at property Friday afternoon and access codes were all amiss,, no entry. No local mgmt to contact & again Eric non-responsive to phone/text requests. After couple hours my stepfather was able to round him up and we were able to get access. * Refrigerator compressor shot -- fridge inoperable. Eric did get technician out to diagnose but needed part which was not to be available until early following week. Eric sent me text saying "s**t happens, you understand, just roll with it" and at this point he went AWOL again as I tried multiple times over weekend to get in touch with him. I bought multiple large coolers and 2x day went Publix get multiple bags ice to bring back to "camp out" in kitchen. That time/effort was not factored into trip considerations. After filing dispute with VRBO per this (of course Erik to this day yet non-responsive) they did give me $500 partial refund; Budget refrigerator was delivered to unit and put in garage on Sunday night. * It's a beach vacation property. Prior to the trip, when I finally got in touch with him pre-trip I sought confirm unit had umbrellas for us take to beach, he assured me it did. Upon arrival there's no umbrellas, so I sent him text complaining he'd misrepresented that as well, he told me go buy some & he would reimburse me -- again, time supposed to be with my family on vacation & instead I'm driving around multiple retail shopping locations to compensate for property issues. I bought two nice striped beach umbrellas (at 5th place I tried) sent Erik the $76 receipt and of course he's been non-responsive to this day with no reply or payment. Eric lives offsite somewhere up East Coast which would be fine if he had maturity or professionalism to be a VRBO owner or if he retained onsite management. Pathetic communication & accountability skills -- then just runs and hides and goes dark. I do now see an additional name on the owners listing, so perhaps Erik has since retained local property management. Unless he has done so I would advise avoiding making a reservation at this property.

We absolutely loved loved loved this house!! There is so much room and the kitchen was wonderful and we had everything we needed. I do want to say when I was looking at reviews there was a few about not being able to get in touch with the host. That definitely was not the case with us I messaged him and he always was very prompt in getting back with me. I can’t say enough good things about this house. We will definitely be back

We loved being on the water. We saw dolphins daily in the back yard. Very spacious. We had issues with the owners landscaper who was doing some work not being very friendly. Close to the beach and not far from town. Communication could have been better as far as check in. Didn’t hear from them for months and 2 days before check in we hadn’t heard back and started to panic. After that they were fairly responsive. Only issue with the property was one of the in room HVAC units was dripping water like crazy and the floor was wet upon arrival. Made them aware of it so hopefully that has been addressed. Overall it was a great stay and would go back for sure.

The house was great. Roomy, clean, plenty of space and bathrooms. The owners were super responsive and helpful. Deck, porch and dock provided greats views. We even got out on the kayaks. Beautiful sunrise at the house and sunset with a quick walk to the beach. Reasonably priced

Beautiful property, was everything and more than the pictures described. A great place to have family over for Thanksgiving dinner and not be on top of each other. Communication with property owner/manager was non existent, but it was thier holiday also . Would definitely book again .

It was a great property for a relaxing getaway with the family. There was a pack and play for my infant so that was one last thing to pack. Beautiful kitchen and huge bathroom! We would love to go back.

We had a good time. The house was beautiful with plenty of beds. It was close enough to the beach that we could rent bikes for the week and our teenagers could go on their own. It is close to restaurants and pubs. We did have a few things that were disappointing. The main bedroom bed had slats broken so it was a little scary waiting to fall through. The gas grill on the patio was so caked with food we couldn’t use it . The patio furniture was pretty old and rusted. There was no toilet paper or kitchen hand towels or dish rags We did however, enjoy all the fishing poles and kayaks in the shed. Communication with the owner was really rough. He doesn’t reply in a timely fashion or at all. I messaged that we were leaving and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well and had some water pooling. I also wondered about a $200 fee for extra guests. We had no extra guests. He failed to even acknowledge my message.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the VRBO Bahia Vista, Florida home. It was a wonderful place for our family of five to each have our own rooms. Thankful for the availability of all the beach accessories for our family to use. We absolutely loved the kitchen and would recommend this place to stay to friends and family!

This place gives you a great opportunity to enjoy the Gulf coast. The house is spacious and has a huge kitchen. We cooked several nights there and it had everything we needed. The living room has a big sectional for the family to enjoy a movie and hang out. The basement contains a wagon, 6 beach chairs, beach toys, kayaks and 2 fishing poles. It also has several coolers. This saved us big time so we didn’t have to bring a 2nd car or put items on the roof of the SUV. The master bedroom and bath is huge. The backyard view of the bay is awesome to enjoy in the mornings and afternoon. I would say the only downside is the 10 minute walk to the beach. This past week was very hot and walking that distance can be taxing. The beach access does have a few parking spots if you don’t have to take the wagon and chairs down there. The spots fill up fast. If it wasn’t hot then the walk would not be that bad. The Indian beach area has several good restaurants within 5 miles. I would definitely recommend renting this place. Hopefully we can come back when it is cooler. Lol.

The cleaners are really who put a damper on this house. They did not clean the house before we arrived from the previous guests. Thankfully the owner responded relatively quickly and had enough linens on hand to change the beds and have towels. We did clean the house ourself, so the owner refunded the cleaning fee to us. The layout is nice and open and perfect for family time together. The upstairs queen that looks like it is in a closet is in a room off of a room. There is no air movement in this room. If it’s hot, which it was for us, this room is not comfortable to be in. The walk to the beach took us about 10 minutes and not our favorite part of the trip. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart! We loved seeing a couple of dolphins off the back deck! The home has a nice stock of beach things for the kids and kayaks for the adults. Life jackets were also available. Hopefully the cleaners situation will be worked out and the owner can have a reliable option for the future.

The house is beautiful with an amazing top of the line kitchen and everything had been updated. Eric provides everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, umbrella, towels, a wagon, boogie boards, kayaks…it’s all there. One thing that could have been better was communication with the host. I sent several messages before the trip with questions about the house and what we needed to bring. When I still hadn’t heard back the afternoon before check-in, I called and texted, but finally had to call VRBO and have them reach out. Eric responded quickly after that and answered all of my questions. We also messaged him a couple of times while at the house to ask about using something and to let him know a fire alarm kept going off, but he didn’t respond at all. We also asked about check out instructions, but didn’t hear back until 15 minutes before we were supposed to check out. Once the communication improves, this will be a 5 star property.

Plus we had a blast with the kayaks (adult and kid life jackets both provided). The kitchen is amazing and that and the grill let us prepare some excellent meals, stocked from Nachman’s Fish Market a few miles away. And the beds were comfortable and well stocked with pillows. Messages to the host were responded to almost in real time on the day of our arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
