Old house beautifully remodeled on the inside but still has many of the original features. Well stocked. Would recommend this to any family or group to rent.

Fabulous! Everything about it! We came down with the Rubber Side Down Side by Side group and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect as far as accessing the rides we were going on!

Beautiful home and great location. The only thing is it was pretty hot downstairs during the day, as there is only ac units upstairs. Cleaner claimed we broke a lamp that we never touched. Owner did resolve the problem. Overall we had a great time.

We enjoyed staying here while visiting Bryce national park. It was very clean and bigger than we expected. It had a well stocked kitchen and you’re able to do all of your own food. Fast Wi-Fi and lots of blankets. No AC, but it was far from needed in May. Would recommend.

We chose this location so that we would be in close proximity to Bryce Canyon. This worked put perfectly, plus there are endless options for other things to do in the area (many that we ran out of time to explore!). We never got a chance to check put the trails in Red Canyon (there are many). We did check out Kodachrome State Park— well worth the drive! For anyone planning to rent this place, take note that it is managed by the owner vs a property mgmt co— this is a HUGE PLUS for us.. the owner has put a lot of effort into making this place clean and comfortable, and he has added a lot of personal touches. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay in Panquitch!

This was a great location for us to be based for our trips into Bryce National Park! The house had lots of room and all services (ie grocery) were within walking distance.

Our group loved this house! The mix of vintage and modern was well executed. We were impressed by the cleanliness, simplicity and ease of finding everything we needed. The large yard was great for the kids to run around in while we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the early mornings and evenings. I highly recommend Michael's place for a comfy spot to rest in after exploring Bryce and the surrounding areas.

The outside is deceiving; it looks small, but it is actually perfect for small groups of 6 or so. The only downside was the upstairs bedrooms don't have a bathroom and share with bedroom downstairs, but all rooms are well appointed and spacious. You can walk to town and shop, eat, and learn about the history of Panguitch. It was so easy to get to Bryce, Dixie National Forest, and others. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The outside patio was perfect for dinners and early morning coffee. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with appliances and was so clean and nicely set-up. Absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place as a home base for touring the area sights.

Large Family Vacation
After suffering for four days in triple digit temps at Zion National Park, we were worried that a 1920s house with no central air wouldn't be cool enough. We were wrong! The downstairs stayed nice and cool and the upstairs had window units. We were all very comfortable. Although the home is 100+ years old, great care was taken in modern updates and decor while not losing any of the historical charm. The town had everything we needed and everyone was friendly. The host was easy to communicate with and offered suggestions on where to get delicious local donuts! We would definitely stay again.

Great base for visiting parks
We had a lovely experience staying 2 nights at this 1920s home. It was well appointed, cozy and quaint. The master bed and sheets were great! We traveled to Bryce, capitol reef, and kolob from this home. Lovely area! Great bbq downtown! Would have liked a few more coffee pods (only 2 were given) but we purchased some at grocery store downtown (didn’t feel like it was worth contacting owners about this). Great stay. Would certainly recommend!

Lovely cottage
Cute cottage, very quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Very well organized home. Communication with host was excellent and prompt. Cottage location is walkable to Panguitch shops, grocery and restaurants. Panguitch is a central location from which to do day trips to multiple state and national parks.

When our 3 teens first entered house, they proclaimed it was “so cute we love it!” They then promptly argued over who got which rooms, but each loved their rooms. The host Michael is incredibly responsive and was proactive in reaching out to let us know property was available early. We would definitely stay again if back in this area and will recommend to friends.
